“We originally purchased a hoodie while visiting the Aspen store in late June 2025. After returning home, we realized the hoodie was damaged. We underwent a frustrating experience with their AI bot customer service and were unable to find resolution. Emails to their corporate office also went unreturned. As a result of this, we left a negative review of our experience. Within 30 minutes, we heard from Skye Vaughn, the regional manager for Colorado. I cannot express to you how above and beyond she went to rectify our issues and find a suitable replacement for the damaged hoodie we had purchased. If you ever have a challenge with your purchase, please try and connect directly with the store versus the online Aviator Nation AI bots. Skye's personal touch turned our experience around. “I'll give 4 stars since they have quite a bit of souvenir options but they lose 1 star for their prices. Luckily we waited a few days and found a few other stores that had similar sweatshirts but on brand name sweatshirts that I trust not to shrink and are soft. The staff was friendly.”
