My experience at this store has always been incredibly pleasant and I find everybody here to be very easy-going and enjoyable to work with. Definitely my preferred Chrome Hearts location in America.

I had a wonderful experience today! I was able to take my time and try things on without feeling rushed. Trevor was very helpful and pleasant to shop with. The other staff members were also very friendly. 10/10 would recommend

I know high fashion stores are supposed to have rude workers, at least be tasteful about it. In-person, and over the phone, I’ve never been treated so poorly in a retail store. Calling, simply to inquire about specific items when you live 4 hours away isn’t unreasonable. Please hire better employees.

Trevor was fantastic to work with! He welcomed us in 30 minutes before our scheduled appointment and was incredibly accommodating throughout the entire visit. He showed us everything we asked to see, explained the pricing clearly, and was extremely patient as we took our time making decisions. Trevor’s professionalism and friendly attitude made the experience easy and enjoyable. I would absolutely work with him again! -Matin

A pathetic excuse of staff members including the door man. They all acting higher than the customer who can actually afford the products. Turned me off buying some pieces and left. Door wasn’t even opened for customers on the way out 😂

Staff was incredibly rude and pretentious throughout the whole experience, even after purchasing a product. I believe they thought I couldn't afford anything in the store despite making a shopping appointment. Looking at previous Google reviews, it looks like the store has been in a downwards trend since the last 6 months or so- definitely be aware of that before going in. Overall not the experience I was hoping for to commemorate an important milestone in my life.

Came with my family to get some Aspen exclusive items but was surprised with beautiful stock. We dressed REALLY average so first impression service wasn’t perfect. But whenever I had a question or concern, the staff would help no-questions-asked. Came in the next day and got recognized so service was awesome again! They have LOTS of silver 7/28

Unpleasant Experience with Rude Employees
I recently visited Chrome Hearts to exchange a sweatshirt for a smaller size, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Upon arrival, I was met with rude employees who seemed uninterested in assisting me. Despite having my receipt and the sweatshirt brand new, tried it on home was to big and put it back in the bag, I was informed that I couldn’t exchange it because it had a couple of hairs on it.
I understand that stores have return policies, but the employees’ dismissive attitude and refusal to accommodate a simple exchange were unacceptable. The lack of basic customer service and courtesy left a lasting negative impression. I won’t be shopping at Chrome Hearts again ( sales people in the store and manager ruin the brand with their attitude) as if they can afford it!! wouldn’t recommend it to others.

Quality of the clothing for the most part is cheap Hanes print at best. The clothing is thin and immediately shrinks, very poor quality. The employees are pretty rude. I had asked a couple questions and I heard them gossiping between each other as in why I asked questions. Skip chrome hearts and go anywhere else in Aspen.
