Cracks & Racks is a great spot for windshield repair and car rack installation. Customers report great experiences, describing the service as fast, efficient, and professional. Communication prior to service is outstanding, with the business being super responsive and quick to answer questions and scheduling requests via text. Appointments are set promptly and work is completed perfectly and on time, sometimes even early. The process is smooth, with assistance for insurance, and staff take time to explain operations. It is a good place for top of the line bike racks.
Cracks and Racks is wonderful! It seems like every time I need something they accommodate immediately, and at a fair price. I most recently dealt with Martin- he’s super friendly, as was everyone there. Highly recommend! -
