I am leaving a review solely due to poor customer service. I visited this store two years ago for my birthday. My wife treated me to a simple belt that they made from scratch in the store. I was impressed with the service but ignorant of the quality of the belt when i asked them to put another hole in the belt because it was a little small. The kind of made me feel I didn't belong. That's neither here or there. Fast forward two years to present day. I called corporate after the tooth on the belt broke. $400 belt by the way. They were pleasant and sent me an email so i can send them pictures an submit a claim. I simply wanted to know how to get it repaired. Like i said its a $400 belt. High end places like Tumi give you repair options so I figured this place did to considering the price point. I called the store after talking to corporate and a man answered. After I explained my situation, he quickly told me there is a 30 day warranty at this store and he couldn't help me. He was much ruder than how i just stated. He said i had to buy a new belt. I expressed my concerns on that option considering how much this gift cost my wife. He told me he had another customer and would call me back. That's when I decided to start this review. He did call me back in a couple of minutes and i was pleasantly surprised but it went downhill from there. He pulled my purchase in his computer but they had the wrong first name. They had Chuck and my name is Aaron. He told me to mail him the belt and he will see what he can do. I asked him could he correct my name and send me the proof of purchase so i can send it to corporate. HE BLEW UP. "Why are you calling me if you called corporate". I explained i was trying to see if he could provide options considering corporate is obviously over seas. I told him he did not need to be rude. "I'm not being rude. your azz calls me after calling corporate. You should have told me that from the beginning". I said you don't have to be rude and curse at me" I didn't curse. You just said azz. "Well play me a recording of me saying that" i hung up the phone. Minutes later a lady calls me to get my email. Profanity does not bother me its just extremely unprofessional!!! The call was today February 10th at 5pm. WHOEVER that guy was needs to be fired!!!
