Jason went out of his way to help us and got everything done in a timely fashion. He told us he would give us a call the following day when everything was ready, and he completed the job prior to the deadline. He was pleasant to deal with and more than helpful. If I owned a business, I would hire him. It is not often you find employees that take pride in their work.

In a ski town with shrinking housing options, Aspen FedEx employees are very nice and attentive, The only issue is when self entitled customers ruin their good service moods.

This Aspen location has professional and good service. Unfortunately on some Saturdays staff isn't showing up to work and Fedex is having issues finding employees so call before you make the drive there on weekends. Ive had that happen multiple times. Hopefully they found workers.

My family has been using this office for five years as our main shipping office. The staff there is AMAZING. So helpful and so very pleasant. I recently needed passport photos and Jamie worked with me until the photo size was perfect. Fabulous customer service.

The staff here is professional and diligent with their work. I haven’t been in for a while but I was recalling a time when Jason went above and beyond to help me out with a shipment when I was in a pinch. There were countless other times when the help exceeded my expectations, and because of that, I always choose this FedEx location whenever I need to ship anything.I’ve never seen packages move so fast and at the same time be handled with the care and finesse that the staff has.Whenever I’m there, the customers seem to have everything taken care of quickly and efficiently.
