MOLLIE Aspen is a welcome addition to the restaurant scene, offering fantastically prepared French fare. The food is excellent, superb, top notch, fresh, well-prepared, and delicious, with specific praise for the trout almondine, escargot, and MEC burger. The service is impeccable, lovely, friendly, down to earth, and fantastic. Prices are good and reasonable for Aspen. The atmosphere is intimate, though it can be a little loud, and some tables are tiny and spaced very close together. The staff is attentive and will correct any order issues.
Love the service. We were out to dinner across town and it started to rain.🌧 We did not have umbrellas. The Mollie happily sent a beautify car to pick us up promptly ❤
