Harry and Beau were knowledgeable and professional! They actually had straps in stock (which never happens) and I was able to get two rubber straps for my Due. It is always my go to stop while I’m in Aspen!

Stopped in to see if I could get the rubber band on my Panerai watch changed out. Elizabeth was great - she changed the strap and cleaned the watch. In addition she was kind enough to show me some of the current watches and offer advice re some other brands that they had upstairs. Great complimentary service!
