I used BFS for the first time around this time last year for a remodel job in the spring for a property I work at. Mariah and Tristan came and took measurements of the kitchen, mudroom, and bathroom, and kept me updated on timeframes. There were a few hiccups that occurred however they both rectified it pretty quickly to help meet the deadline for when we reopened.

Tried 3 times to order tile. No one would return my calls. Went by in person, was told no one was there FOR THE WEEK to take an order. How is this a business??

Went to Builders source to find a piece of wood to replace an exterior step. Due to the odd size the piece of wood was going to be a special order so I was directed upstairs to talk with Matthew Cox. Despite being told I would get a call back with a quote I have not heard anything 10 days later. In the end I just found the wood in Denver on a trip through the front range. Let’s aim for better customer service BFS!

$48 for one 2x8x16 I went to another store and purchased the same board for $20 need I say more. Two stars for the friendly people that work there.

It's nice to have the Glenwood and Aspen BFS locations consolidated in Carbondale. This is really a lumber store for builders, not so much for homeowners. The selection of tools is good but meager. The sales staff is great about helping find specialty products such as siding and large lumber.

Besides the fact that they don't carry DeWalt tools it has a good selection of supplies and the employees that work there are friendly and very knowledgeable a little pricey but better than Aspen
