This is my favorite store! I love shopping here and the staff is always so friendly. They have a great selection. It’s fun to shop there if you don’t buy anything. 10/10!

I love this store! It is a must do for me every time i am in Aspen. Associates are always helpful and friendly. If they don't have an item, or my size, they simply order it for me. I read some of the other reviews and felt compelled to comment, they just aren't accurate.

Rag and Bone has some nice apparel. Katie and Hallie are very friendly and welcoming. They deserve to get paid more. Although, some employee greeted me in a very rude and callous manner. I was ready to buy a garment during their sale. Now, I don't think I support this business.

I've had great experiences in the past shopping at the New York location in Soho, but I can not say the same for the Aspen location. Their selection of products for women is extremely limited and the staff is unfriendly. If you want to buy this brand I suggest you order it online.

When we walked in we were instantly greeted by 2 associates (a man and a woman) and they looked us up and down almost as if they were confused as to why we were there. The whole time we were there which was a whopping 15 minutes, we were treated like we couldn't afford to be there. Definitely walked out with a sour taste in my mouth, so rude and definitely made me not want to spend a penny. I've worked in customer service and never have I ever treated someone this way. Absolutely disgusting, a great day out shopping has been ruined.
