We purchased our first art piece ever from here - an event that was really significant to my husband and myself. We had to leave town early the next morning (our sitter and kiddo were waiting on us back in Denver). We paid for our piece with the promise from the sales rep that he'd either have the work delivered to our hotel or he'd meet us there at 8:30 am. He promised the early meetup time was no big deal - he lived close, he was always up early, etc. They were unable to deliver, so we showed up at 8:30 ready to load up our art and head home. The rep was nowhere to be found. We called, texted, called the gallery - nothing. We waited around for an hour and a half until the rep showed up (just a few minutes before the gallery was supposed to open anyways!). He claimed he had forgotten and hadn't seen any of our calls - but we were left feeling like he had zero intention of showing up early and had simply wasted our time. Sure, we're not buying the fanciest piece of art in Aspen, but he ruined what was supposed to be a really fun milestone for us. Now, we are STILL waiting for the promised appraisal and documentation to show up at our house two weeks later - and, shocker, the rep is unresponsive. Plus, no call back from the owner to address our concerns. Conclusion: they 100% don't care. Avoid this place.
