Ultimate Salon is a nail salon located on the second floor of a building in Aspen. It has been in business for almost 19 years and is known for its excellent customer service. The salon is described as clean and elegant, offering top-notch manicures and pedicures. One reviewer highlighted the skill of the nail technician, noting their meticulous work and comparing their pedicure skills to a surgeon. Another reviewer praised the salon's friendly atmosphere and mentioned a woman they met who had been a client for years. While some negative reviews exist, a long-time Aspen resident defended the salon, attributing the negative feedback to difficult customers. They emphasized the salon's commitment to quality service, excellence, and gentle manners.
