Terrible customer service. I called them because I am a huge fan of Valentino and can’t find a place in Denver to bring my items to be fixed. I have 3 Valentino items I need to fix. One is a pair of Rockstud ballerina flats which a stud is missing, also have a pair of Rockstud white sneakers and trying to find where can I buy new Valentino insoles and the last one, I own a Valentino crossbody flap metallic bag and the color is fading…. I called yesterday and someone was going to find out and promised to call me back and they didn’t. Of course, I called today again and a lady with an accent who answered the phone was so rude and condescending…I will give them 0 stars if 0 was an option. Worst experience ever. Very disappointing!

We came in to window shop and was greeted by Mayuree. She was AMAZING. She knew so much about the product and was more than willing to grab us whatever we wanted to see and allow us to try on anything. She knows so much about what is trending and was honest with feedback when we were indecisive. My husband and I look forward to speaking with her for future purchases. Thank you, Mayuree!

Customer service is trash - gave my wallet to them almost 2 months ago for a repair and haven't heard back from them yet. I called twice to check in on a status and they said their repair person wasn't in. About 2 weeks later I called again and the same woman answered saying they were "working on it" but that I "need to just be patient." Considering their wallets cost a few hundred dollars you'd think they would want to keep their customers happy, but I've almost given up at this point and will probably just buy a different wallet and stop waiting to avoid getting yelled at continuously. They definitely lost me as a customer.
