“I never write reviews. But Rosie who helped my girlfriend and I was honestly the most thoughtful, caring and helpful associate I’ve ever dealt with in my life. Realize first I’m a man so subtly picking up on my gf wanting gifts is not my strong suit. We left without a bracelet she clearly wanted. After some deep thought and a glass of tequila I texted Rosie and told her I needed to get this bracelet asap. But I’d be leaving Aspen prior to them opening. She literally went to the store early the next morning, gifted it all up and delivered it as a surprise during our breakfast in downtown Aspen (a half hour before they even opened). When she came in and walked over my girlfriend immediately started crying. Rosie made her day and honestly was the best person about all of it. A++++++”
