“Eaton post office does an excellent job. The staff is so friendly. We accidentally put something in our mailbox that didn’t have postage on it yet. It was a lockbox so we couldn’t get it out. We called and explained the situation. We were told it would be a few days before they could retrieve it- which was fine with us! But then, Nicole went above and beyond!! Within hours Nicole has retrieved it and rang our doorbell to personally deliver it back to us. Wow!!! This is outstanding customer service. Thanks Nicole!!”

“I've lived in small towns before and this is by far the nicest small town post office I've been to. The lady who works the office is just so sweet and understanding. I went to mail a package a few days ago and the Internet was out at the post office meaning I couldn't use my card(the only thing I had on me to pay) she shipped my package anyways and asked if I could put a check in the mail for her. And of course I brought her a check the next morning. I like seeing my money go back into my community. I will continue using this post office, due to its customer service.”

I just love the people that work there ... they bend over backwards to help me, & will work with people if they need things sign for or pick up after hours. As an online business owner who's used several local post offices, Severance has been the most enjoyable to work with by far.”

“The Ault Post Office has great staff. The negative reviews are a reflection of people who don't like policies being followed. Contrary to belief those policies are not made by the Postmaster. Policies come from far above local management.”
