I Was locked out of my storage facility during work hours on a weekday. Their customer support was supposedly getting a high volume and wouldn’t answer so they continuously texted me with a chat, but that didn’t help at all while I sat outside the gate and still have not been able to access my storage they reset my gate code and never notified me. I am current on my payments. This is unacceptable.

Since the change in ownership to Brite Lock, the staff has really transformed this location into one of the best, most customer-friendly, and safe self storage facilities around.

So far so good my only complaint is there's a pillar in the back of my storage which takes allot of room compared to another unit same "size" but it really takes away allot of space for the same price.

I have been a customer for 6 years. My items are now removed and the service I have received by Sam Ormsbee has been exceptional. She is knowledgeable, helpful and kind. Truly an employee asset for BriteLock Storage.

I have been renting a storage for 6 years, it has been changing owners for more than 1 year, and everything is bad, the bathrooms are disgusting, about 5 people live in the storage, the main door never works. The office is always closed, I went to the office to see if they could help me put my account online and I did not receive any help. They also know that people live inside the storage facilities, and they do nothing

Thank you for your constant understanding of my late payments. As long as I communicated with Sam, she was always listening and understanding. You never know what each individual is experiencing in their lives currently. I had to live with family for 10 months before I found a place of my own. Was not easy. You need someone to understand and Sam did. Thank you greatly. I would refer you over and over again to my friends and family.

Thanks for locking the bathrooms so no one can use them without whatever the secret code is and the office is closed. It's so infuriating!!!
Edit: Company was bought out by another company. Awful customer service. Canceled our unit, and company still continued to withdraw money through ACH. Made numerous excuses on why they were charging rent after locker was empty. Have had to escalate the issue with bank to contest the charges. This place feels unsafe, homeless living out of units, pop up out of no where when trying to enter door codes. Bathrooms still locked, never received code even though we are paying customers. Best to find somewhere more secure and honest.
