It offers many amenities and equipment that other gyms do not, along with motivating fitness classes and personal training. Reviews note it as an ideal workout spot with generally friendly and helpful customer service for membership needs. The longer operating hours are appreciated. However, several reviews highlight significant concerns about cleanliness and a lack of cleaning materials, with requests for better maintenance. They did a nice job remodeling, reorganizing equip and cleaning up the gym floor. The free weight benches are aligned directly with the seams of the mirrors though. I think that was sloppy planning. Who wants to look at the seam of a mirror when working out.

Great gym! Have been coming for the past two years and it’s been great. The gym looks great after all the renovations.

Good location, staff is friendly and helpful. Perhaps the largest 24hr around here.
