I like this place. The people are friendly. There is a certain young gentleman who works here. His name is, Aayous. He's very friendly and professional with his customers, including myself. I wish more people in the customer service industry were like him because they could learn a lot from him.

Place is a joke, no paper in gas pumps for several times stopping for gas and car wash. The clerks are idiots and can't even communicate worth a damn. Shouldn't have to go inside to get receipt from pumps every time.

Edit from 4 stars to 3 because the night clerk who is working tonight claims the restroom is broken. SMH
This truly is a great store for a pit stop. It's clean, well organized, and the employees are extremely helpful and pleasant. The fact that they have a restroom available for their customers to use is outstanding, especially since very few 7-Eleven stores do these days.

false advertising. if you're going to change your prices, you should make sure your window advertisements are changed or you should at least validate them until you change them.

Overall a good store. The line can get long sometimes, avoid it right before Lottery drawings. The staff are friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, a lot of homeless hang out near this store, and can be a challenge at times. Not the store's fault but it happens.

Absolutely horrible experience. I purchased a half gallon of milk and realized a few minutes later the carton was only about two thirds full. Since i was out walking with my dog, i returned to the store to exchange the carton. The cashier who could hardly speak or understand English refused to exchange the carton unless i could provide a receipt (even though the carton was clearly marked as a 7-11 brand and the seal was not broken). I explained to him that his co worker was the one who didn't provide a receipt but that didn't seem to matter either. I told him I'd get the milk myself then and that's exactly what i did.Come on 7-11 management, hire people with a little common sense and courtesy.I received a response from the owner about 36 hours later and it was so insulting. The response was obviously a canned response so i went to look at what responses others had received and found an amazing series of duplicate, canned responses probably generated by the owners computer and they weren't even aware of the problem.Here's the response i sent the owner after being directed to another website to enter my complaint. I think i have already done that with my first post."Thanks for the very automated, impersonal, and effortless response to my pretty detailed description of what happened.Why not just forward that email to your people? Or is that too much effort?"

Alize was so so helpful! I'm currently a 37 year old stage 4 cancer patient and pretty severely disabled because of it. Alize was amazing! She not only helped me get around the store, but also helped me get out to the car with all of my purchases. She saw me putting drinks in my pocket and instead of accusing me of stealing (which is what I'm sure would be everyone's first instinct), she saw it for what it was and instead offered to help me carry stuff. She realized that I just didn't have hands when I walked to carry anything. This woman is so so kind and definitely deserves a raise! 10/10 will be coming back.
