Avoid this place at all costs. Go to the actual 711 2 blocks away on Colfax. This place desperately needs to be shut down. They have scam card readers and guy at night just puts up sign and does drugs with the homeless vets

I had a good experience at this 711, I went for a Big Daddy dill pickle, and I noticed that it was clean where the coffee was located. The cheese for the nachos that were purchased had a full bag that was hot. The customer service was great and the smile that the agent had made it in especially Pleasant experience.

It's ok most of the time, but not actually open 24hrs as advertised. Some employees are better trained then others, but the store has potential.

7-11 is crazy. It recently started discriminating against young black males who wear a hoodies. No public restrooms. Rude staff. And have the audacity to make up rules that are against Colorado laws. Don’t come here. It’s not worth the drive.

I was scammed here on 1/11/23. I am positive it was the two ladies working at the cash register. The woman with the grey eyes that has a really bad attitude. After making a purchase with my card, the bank text me to see if I authorized a payment attempted in Morocco!? Payments can only be authorized with my pin. Luckily they noticed it was an out of country charge and caught it right away. Sad to say whose ever utility bill she was attempting to pay didn’t go through. I have never trusted this woman. The time before this, she used my points when I specifically told her NO. That I don’t want to use my points. She kept saying it will save me money and used them anyway. They have also been closing the store at 12 and will refuse to unlock or open the door until after 3:00am. When they start doing this?

The lady working the cash register is absolutely the worst possible customer service employee I have ever met in my life. This was my first issue with her personally, however I have never failed to witness her and a customer arguing every time I have ever been there during her shift. It seems like she literally picks an argument just for fun or something. For me, I was trying to pay with a card and she repeatedly would press a button that caused it to cancel the transaction 4 times while pretending it was my fault. The line was getting impatient and I was getting flustered because she was loudly lecturing me that I should come to the counter prepared to pay for my items. Then at the end of the transaction she failed to give me my cigarettes that was the sole reason for my transaction, first she outright accused me of trying to get an extra pack because she swore she had given them to me. Then I pointed them out to her and they were exactly where she put them when it became questionable whether my card would work. When the customers who had waited in line forever finally began corroborating my statement about the cigs she actually picked up my fountain drink off the table and slammed it into the bag that contained my cigs, LOTTERY TICKETS, and candy and seemed like she was embarrassed that she didn't think when she snatched up my cup and shoved it in the bag. However I could not get a free refill for my soda nor was she responsible for ruining my lottery tickets. Since I have no idea how to report this behavior directly to the corporate offices this is my secondary option. As if this isn't already bad, she literally called the police on my neighbor the day prior to this because she had overcharged his debit card and when he mentioned it to her she said that he had assaulted her. Which was first of all a lie, but also more points to support my theory that she intentionally picks fights with the customers for absolutely no reason whatsoever.

Been going to this store for decades. Most of the people are friendly enough. Prices are comparable to the all the other places around the neighborhood. Easy to get in and out of. Has your basic 7-Eleven stuff. Hot food does tend to sit around too long here because the new 7-Eleven up the road took a lot of their consumers

The older guy that works nightshift is a great dude, love seeing him when I come in for late night snacks. I come to this location out of the others around me because I feel very welcomed here because of the friendly service. 5 Stars

The doughnut section was anemic. I was having a tough time finding something I wanted.

Store closed with ‘back in five hours’ sign taped to the front door... something about 24/7 is missing.

Never again. Charged me FULL PRICE for a cup of ice. And no restroom for even customers. Worst 711 I been to in Colorado. Almost sucks as bad as Newark NJ by Penn Sta. I will NEVER visit this one again.drive past this one and go to Peoria and Colfax. Way better service.

This 7-Eleven is extra special to me. Every morning but they're very friendly and they say hello. And they work very hard to keep the panhandlers away from the property and to leave the customers alone. The manager even goes above and beyond and has actual care and concern for the safety of his customers. They follow the rules for the safe distance the store is always very clean and everybody is very friendly there. I appreciate them the most because they try to keep people from bothering their customers. Where a lot of the business in this area just let it go. So if you would like to go to a 7-Eleven and not get panhandled on the way in or out of the store. The 7-Eleven on 19th and Peoria is the one for you

ATM owner is a crook. Charged me $2.5 for an "inquiry fee" TWICE when I never selected the option, putting my account balance below the threshold of what I needed to withdraw. 0 notification that it's going to charge you until you go to withdraw so I'd love to know why it's charging me $5 and "denying", when I went to the ATM next door and it worked and didn't charge me inquiry fees. I'll be reporting this to corporate and the police that you're using an ATM to steal from people.

I go every afternoon to buy there and the people in the afternoon treat you very badly, if they don't want to work, what do they have?
