Worst 7/11 i’ve been to. Paid for a few different items and asked for the restroom around 11:00PM 2/22, the clerk just shook his head and mumbled at me saying there was someone in there. Then told me to leave and go somewhere else. Didn’t even bother talking to me

Update as of Dec. 3, 2024: It's norovirus! Do NOT eat any unwrapepx prepared got foods from that locstion or yiu too will catch it!
I got food poisoning from their pizza last night. Got the pizza slices around 11:30pm, and symptom onset started within 45 minutes, and symptoms expanded to vomiting and back end issues.

The manager, or older lady who works there was completely disrespectful to the man working the counter. She called him a son a b*?!< and other foul names for allowing a paying customer to use the restroom. She should not be in management or whatever position she holds. I understand the neighborhood but this behavior while the store was full of customers was completely un called for. I work near by and just went in to get a couple things. I left it and walked out. No wonder the people who work there do not last long. Do better. Your employees deal with enough from the customers they shouldn’t have anyone talking to them like that especially someone from management.

I got charged $32.00 three times here and I called my bank to to here miscellaneous three times. I remember a tall man swiped another person's ID and my debit would not go through and I used what cash I had but still I was charged three times. My bank will be investigating these transactions. And this guy is a skimming employee I may have the wrong 7 eleven but I'm not shopping again at the 7 eleven I was at. I will find the address and report this matter

The only complaint I have about this 7 eleven & where it's located is the people who are constantly in the front of the store begging & basically hounding you for money. They can't take no for a answer they'll keep bugging you. Other than that the people who work here are Great, haven't had any bad experience's with any of the people who work at this store. If I can avoid going to this 7 Eleven I will only because of the people who constantly hang around this place. I mean what do you really expect on East Colfax?

This location is definitely crawling with " "transitions" in and around the store. Lots of trash littered around the store. But one good thing that comes from all that is very little if any wait time in line to check out! This is the same intersection as main RTD stops right off of Colfax and Havana st.

went to get gas from a company vehicle in which i need a receipt. the machine said i need to go inside for receipt so i did that. inside they couldn’t find my receipt and told me to come back today to get it. i come back today and they’re telling me i can’t get one from yesterday.

Terrible customer service, store is filthy, shelves are never stocked and slurpee machine is shutdown during the evening. Don’t waste your time walking or driving here. Go to a different location or you risk being disappointed

Great customer service. Associates keep the store clean. The associates deal with a rough crowd consistently while handling them professionally.
