SMH They’re part of a scamming team, partnering with people in different states and which they take your information and STEAL your benefits. When I say they took every penny I mean that. I will not go back there again, it’s nasty on the outside and stinks on the inside. I will be reporting for an open investigation.

This is one of the WORST 7-11s! They are extremely rude, they treat customers like an inconvenience and don't even acknowledge them. I will continue to go to the 7-11 further down Alameda.

Dont trust this location.I came out to my car and some other lady explained that the cashier had kept the money from her child. He also tried to double charge me for loading noney to my card . Not a trust worthy location for sure.Stealing from kids ..... Dont worry i went to the 711 website and explained my experience. Waiting on a response from corporate.

Worst 7-eleven ever. THE CASHIER DOESNT SPEAK A WORD OF ENGLISH AND THE MIDDLE EASTERN GUY IS AN ASSSSSS. The place is filthy, and they got signs with prices on things but They overcharge you.

Before the ownership change and became family owned. This was a nice well kept business. The staff for the most part were very nice and helpful. Now it's kind of dirty and their prices have increased. Their fountain drinks are always syrup and although the family is nice, I do believe that this 7 Eleven has gone downhill.

Great place to get morning coffee on the cheap. They have an expresso machine that grounds beans for each cup. I get a double shot, then add it to a nearly full large cup of Columbian or Brazilian coffee with 4 creamers (hazelnut). Since I bring my own insulated cup, my coffee is less than $ 1.50/cup! I purchased my insulated cup from the ARC and used it after washing and sanitizing it in the dishwasher. Kevy

Items displayed are incorrect on pricing.Literally everywhere you go the price displayed on the shelf is what they will adjust it to. Except here. Excuse is that system updated and "new price" has not been updated on tag on the shelf.If i wasnt desperate for cold medicine I'd have left it there. But sometimes poor service is the price you pay for late night emergency items.
