What kind of place denies a 7 year old kid to use the restroom?!?! We weren’t dirty, showed up in a vehicle and would have been paying customers. A kid just needed to go to the bathroom but we got told to leave!

I was rudely spoken to and was refused service at 5:45pm after I asked for a new product (Dutch) because there where bad a Middle East women with a blue bandanna was very rude about explaining why and told everyone associate not to service me after my complaint the customer service at this store sucks and can improve I will never come to this store again…

They close for reasons of their own even though they're supposed to be open 24 hours. At least a sign in the window saying when they would be open again would be courteous. Some of them, not all, are rude. It seems like a tough job or something.

Every time I go to this store something doesn't work. The front left door doesn't open. Do not go here to load money onto your prepaid cards or for money orders. The machine doesn't work and there's never a manager here to load money onto your card. And forget about getting a gift card or prepaid card here; they are always out of stock.The customer service, with the exception of one individual male, is horrid. They don't greet you at the door and never will wish you a good day. It's a convenience store but it's highly inconvenient, as well as unwelcoming, to shop here.Overall, I wish there were more QuikTrip, Speedway and Rocket convenience stores in Colorado. At least there, you know what you're getting. An absolute nightmare is what you'll get here. 2 very generous stars.
