The woman just bold face lies to move you along. She gave me the wrong Vuse product and when I tried to correct her she told me I was wrong. I spend $80 on two packs of nicotine products and she can't be bothered to correct her mistake? She's mistaken on her products, maybe educate your employees on products more.

Not exactly 24 hours, doors locked, it's not even midnight! There's about 8 people out here, not giving up! Glad for that, 1 man just kept knocking and the guy came from in the back and opened the doors, cool 😎 no other 7-11 around has the peach candy slurpee right now.
Too bad this employee is always so underwhelming and looks very unhappy about being here every time I come by, quite a bit this month & don't bother trying to lighten the mood the guy just does not crack a smile whatsoever 😮💨, too bad, too bad. Working with people should be someone at least hospitable, say hi, welcome, something. This picture looks like him, young twenties, tall n skinny, little mustache. You'll know if you go anyways because he's about the only one seems unhappy about being there. Parents own, making kids work 🤷♀️ 🤷♀️

Posting photos is a waste. Disgustingly dirty facility both inside and out. Restrooms are "broken" or just don't bother cleaning them. Machines for cold coffee and slurpee "broken" or just don't bother refilling them. Rude staff. Unstocked shelves. Shop elsewhere period.

If I can give 0 stars I would , Worst 7’11 I been to. Staff are rude as hell. False advertising of store time because yall never stay open 24 hours. Than on top of it management don’t make nothing better. I thought customers always right , NOT AT THIS PLACE …. The EMPLOYEES IS ALWAYS RIGHT I GUESS WHICH IS CRAZY TO ME . Do NOT SHOP HERE‼️‼️‼️‼️

Here are the two employees stealing from 711. They're scrolling on their phones getting paid and the door is locked and they won't open it for me. Both of these people need to lose their jobs immediately. This is the second location on Montview that says open 24 hours. I'm reaching out to corporate about this as well cause the coalfax stores are open, you just risk getting mugged going at 3 am.

Ignorant employees that don’t even know when you’re able to sell beer. Manager wanted to argue with me when I tried to tell him they sell beer at 8AM. He swore it was 9AM and refused to sell. Whatever. If you’re going to be ignorant, the amount of sales you’re losing will “reward” you for lack of common sense.
