Terrible customer service, I asked for them to make a hot food item fresh and they became angry at me and started disrespecting me, all because they couldn’t be bothered to make the item fresh. Note that all other 7/11s have done it if asked, these workers were just terribly rude and started complaining about me. I couldn’t even understand one of the workers, and he got angry at me because his English was so poor. Go shop somewhere else if you can. Seems like there are tons of reviews about the new owners being extremely rude and literally committing crimes by charging more than what an item should cost. Surprised no one has called the police. My actual review would be 0/5, this is the worst 7/11 I’ve experienced in the whole metro area.

Edit* i didnt even notice every review is sayin the same thing the only common denominator is the new owners 🚮🚮🚮Worst 711 since the new owners came they talk about people in their language and act funny that's why they sales have been down since they took over it use ta actually feel like a neighborhood store. Go somewhere else if you can

This store has been decreasing in quality for some time but has reached a new low. The clerks are sullen and rude and it's unclear if they're able to communicate in English, excepting the profanity they shout at customers as they leave the store.
Avoid at all costs.

This store changed ownership a few months ago and since then it has done nothing but go downhill. The store is dirty. Boxes sitting around. Trash on counters. No detail cleaning done. One of the soda machines has been removed and they didn't even bother to clean the counter that was under it and it's filthy. Parking lot is full of trash - paper, cups, chicken wings. They haven't even removed the snow from the gutter. You have to step over it to get to the sidewalk. Employees will say Hi, but it's not a friendly greeting. They should hire back the employees that were friendly and cared about their store. Way to go 7-11!

Molded coffee beans. Coffee machines never work. This place used to be good til the new owners took over. Also they said I can’t buy lotto tickets after 6pm which is also wrong…..

This place has been trash ever since they franchise in November, from under cook food, to refusing to restock the hot dog bar and refusing to cook frozen, because they don't feel like it. Hire someone that wants to work and maybe people will start leaving 3-4 star reviews. But until then I suggest that anyone ready this should just drive the extra mile to another location or go across the street to circle k.

I’ve been stopping in the 7-Eleven for like 14 years always get coffee cigars no most of the people in there by name but recently they got a new manager in there. She’s got a real attitude problem and all the good help is never there anymore. She will Also yell at you about getting coffee condiments, which have never been full. Except for on occasions, instead of helping the customers, she runs her mouth and the employees can’t do their job like fill the coffee condiments I experienced and can clearly see why all the good staff have left the store and all the new employees are not trained after all my recent experiences in the store I really feel like they don’t want me shopping there so I’m gonna take them up on their hints

I never went into the store and bought something. Just filled up the tank and I noticed, that a few days later my debit card was charged twice at another gas station which I've never been. This happened also to my husband (he was in the store) and the amount was between $ 70-100. My husband was even charged of the same gas station with an amount of $100. Please be careful with your card.And to the owner, pls check out your gas pumps and keep an eye out for the scammers. It might be also an employee or the owner itself, if he doesn't take the reviews serious.

Yet another 7-11 in the Denver area that is running fraudulent charges on my credit and debit card. Had $100 taken on my credit card AND from my debit card without me ever coming into this store before.

I live in the neighborhood and the staff has always been nice, but do not buy gas here. I have been hacked twice after getting gas, and I don't buy gas here often.

I've been to PLENTY of 711's. They are all the same. In and out. This location always... ALWAYS had the best employees. They are always cheerful and friendly. It blows my mind. Today June 10th 2023 at noon there was a white lady and a Latin lady working. 3ctremwly helpful and friendly. I left with a great smile as always. Just 2 people who are great at their job and their customer service is out of this world.
