Stopped at this 7-Eleven while on a road trip with my 9-year-old, who urgently needed to use the restroom. I also planned to buy some snacks and drinks. The attendants were speaking to each other in another language and ignored us for several minutes. When they finally responded, they told us there was no bathroom — no explanation, no effort to help. It was rude and unwelcoming. Terrible experience. Avoid this place if you’re traveling through.

Usually don't have a problem there. But I guess I interrupted a phone conversation long distance, right, therefore the cashier chose to deal with me as if I was a problem to his daily functioning. Excuse me sir you're at work
Not to mention maneuvering around various sodas and drinks that need to be inventory and put on shelves but no they're just sitting there just like the cashier was. Sorry guy next time I'll ring myself up!

they were out of icrd coffee that i redeemed my points for. so they offerdd me arabs again to get another kind of voffee lattee and would not accept my bar code. after i tepeteadely told the manager who told the dalesman they eere out the dalesman told thd manager in arabic something and almost made me use anothrt 500 points go rederd. then i almost agteed to do it and lose 500 points i got by joining brainfreeze collectables and he asked me to show him bar code again. so i did and he finally said ok. i hate them they are the wirst i have ever enciubteted and complained to conaco customer service today about it but thry knew it in the head and yhis msn manager so called who can not speak a word of englush retaliated agaunst me and woukd not leave alone for an hour using store in the head so from now on all 711 and conacos are cut off and their customets i am in chatge and always have been of in the head thay is becaude of them now dosconitued.

I was at your store at 830am yesterday 04/10/025 and my EBT card was skimmed and $277.28 was stolen from my food stamps card. Well I have filed a police report about the theft and this is not right. I sent a comment and complaint to the link I was sent and still no response. I HAVE PROOF THIS STORE STEALS SNAP BENEFITS. DO NOT USE YOUR EBT OR DEBIT CARD AT THIS LOCATION FOR THEY WILL STEAL YOUR INFO USING CARD SKIMMERS.

I went to use the Air pump. Paid my $2 and tried to use the pump and it did not work. I went inside to ask if the pump was working and was told no. I was also told, I cant get a refund and to call some 1800 number on the pump. There is no sign or indication that the pump is not working, how many other people have been losing money because of this, that is bad business.

Absolutely disgusting bathroom, they claim that only the night staff cleans it but they couldn't even bother to clean it for me when I needed to use it. It looked like someone had defecated all over the back of it and there was urine stains all over it so I doubt that it even gets cleaned every night. Then asking the staff to clean it I was met with serious attitude and rudeness and they finally let me use their employee bathroom and then harassed me on my way out telling me I needed to buy something in order to use the bathroom, there are zero signs posted anywhere around the store that I have to buy something in order to use the restroom. This gas station is right next to a busy highway so there's no reason that I should have to buy something to use the restroom. Appalling .

The store and parking lot are dirty with trash everywhere and the foreigner at the register who barely spoke English wanted 79cents to fill my bike water bottle on a 95 degree day! I spent nearly $20k buying junk food & lottery scratch tickets at 7-11 last year but will now buy all my items at the clean Circle K up the street!

Newest owners are the worst. Beware!!!! They are skipping you using point for discounts and refusing to acknowledge point that you’ve saved up. Beware, they are trying to charge full price even if you use points.

Worst experience I’ve ever had. Online it says restrooms are available, me and my roommate stopped to get a couple of waters and use the restroom before going on a hike and they proceeded to tell us that they’ve lost the key? So I’m assuming they just hold in their break? Or they were just really rude and didn’t feel like letting anyone use the bathroom even though it said on the door ask for a key. They were no help. One of them was laughing at us when I was asking for the key because my roommate really needed to use the restroom. I think it’s crazy that even people who were planning on purchasing items aren’t even allowed to use the restroom and they have to lie about losing a key to turn people away. You should be ashamed of yourselves. Never go here. Trust I’ll be sharing this experience with HR, and posting on multiple pages of this experience.

Lady at counter was rude as ever she was acting strung out. I paid for gas on my card I put my items I bought on the car and released gas gage put the nozzle in and it wouldn't start I went in asked her to reset the pump she says no I had 2 minutes to pump gas I took too long and I couldn't get gas anymore I had to pay again. It actual F is happening. It's a credit card it already took it out you dummy. Don't get gas here or shop here. Unfriendly and unethical.

BEWARE, only go here if you have to. Homeless everywhere. No cold grab and go items. Napkins are kept behind the counter, with limited selection and slow to stock shelves, slurpee machines only have 2 working flavors. I asked a worker if the store is closing or they remodeling, he said he didn't know, but he is on his way out. Very dirty around outside.

We have lived around the corner from this 7-11 for 13+ years. In that time we've spent A LOT OF MONEY in there and I used to LOVE the staff. I'm not sure when it changed but it looks like there is a drug ring going on behind the store, I heard an employee outside with some guy talking on the phone to another guy about stealing his drugs with absolutely zero regard to any customers that might be around. The store has REALLY GONE DOWN HILL but, especially my son has embraced it so much so that whenever he has extra money he will go in and pay for someone's gas or candy bar, ect. Just to try to help and spread a little love and kindness in the community.... So when he went in there 5 minutes ago, 5/5/24 ON A SUNDAY AFTERNOON to buy a pack of cigarettes and was turned away because, listen closely......$3 of it was in pennies, even rolled nicely so not much brain power had to be used to count them I was a little shocked. I put the date like that because I don't know the dudes name but if he sees this he'll know he was working. You sir, just lost 13+ years of GOOD business AND a good hearted soul. I will drive 10 miles out of my way if need be but because of your lazy, inability to apparently count 300 pennies you'll never get another pennie of my money or otherwise. You should be ashamed!!!

This was convenient because it was right bear the Black Bear diner where we ate. Always a good selection at 7-11.
