Today is Friday, August 2,2024. I went in to ace check a person named Sal or Saul. Is working.
He made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected..
I feel He was very inconsiderate.
I had been in line with the customer service line for 20 min to order a new card, have the old one blocked, and get an attachment card
When went through all the phone prompts and relayed what I needed, SAL OR SAUL
Swayed the customer service representative and hung the phone up.
I told him I didn't understand what he did that for.
He asks me for my number and social security number
Now when he did this the way he did I was uncomfortable not only because usually I'm asked for my social and birthdate, he asked for my number and I've only experienced that sort of service on the phone.
Anyhow but it was also because of how he looked at me when he asked for my social security and phone number.
1. I felt sexully harassed
2. Disrespected
I hadn't given Sal/Saul any reason to be hostile toward me inpatient or yet alone raise his voice at me.
I'm human to , though for what every reason today is around 1 pm August 2,2024
I was an outlet.
Feeling ? confused ? upset annoyed ? ? disappointed

Miss Regina went above and beyond for us when we came to cash a check a couple weeks ago. It was a personal check that needed some extra attention and she gave us her all. Meanwhile also sharing she is a German Shepard doggy lover too! Thank you Miss Regina we hope to deal with you in the future !!!

The world was at a stand still. Some banks were still not back on line. I had a paper check and needed money ASAP. The amount they want to cash your check is ridiculous. However Shelly your customer service deserves five full stars. You made that painful, stressful moment fade away. Thanks for your help, knowledge, and kindness.

Being fairly new to using Ace C.E., to cash check I was particularly sure of the process or additional details. Yet, on this day I was greeted and assisted by Adrianna, she was pleasant and patiently informative. She made it easier than I expected.

Linda was super helpful to us. Me and my husband went in there with the check in both of our names and we had went to two places prior to coming to Linda and they wouldn’t cash with my husband digital ID, but Linda was super helpful and respectful and help us with cashing the check!! Thank you Linda!!!❤️❤️
