I opened my business account with this store thinking that VAT would be the same deal as AutoZone, but every day I realize that it is the worst decision. Most stores offer terrible or non-existent treatment.

Do not come to the store, extremely rude staff yelled at me when I was trying to recycle oil. I had several jugs that I needed to recycle so I took it around to the back of the store and as I was grabbing the jugs of oil, someone came out and Yelled, “you can’t just be dropping off oil, you have to dump it yourself and you have to check in at the front and take all of your containers!” I had no idea that this was the policy, normally I go to AutoZone and usually they’re very friendly and able to accommodate when I have several jugs to dump. I told him that I didn’t know what the policy was. I normally go to AutoZone, and they are able to recycle the oil and the jugs. He said well, then go to AutoZone! I certainly will and I will never step foot in advanced auto parts store ever again. Maybe instead of berating customers and yelling, maybe just explain that policy, and be a little bit more helpful. Horrible interaction, terrible customer service, absolutely pathetic. We have a fleet of cars and do quite a bit of business with local auto parts stores. We definitely will not consider advance auto parts as an option for our business moving forward. This happened approximately between 12 and 12:30 on 01/24/25

Sold me a remanufactured alternator that had pulley issues. I called to explain and was told that there was nothing to be done after the girl told the manager if my issue. I called car quest and they said to take it to another store. Next store swapping it no problem having seen the pulley was a few mm off and provided me with a proper alternator. This caused a day of wasted time trying to find solutions to management that doesn't want to provide customer service.

Went in to get a battery tested and the sales representative Blake was outstanding.He went above and beyond to make sure that I was taking care of. I really appreciate that type of customer service. His boss AJ was also extraordinary.A1 Customer service.

Absolutely horrible location. 3rd time stopping here in the past few month and every time I realize how much I hate this store and this company. I just need them to come look at something under the hood to help me figure out the exact part of size. Always same excuse of bull crap, I'm starting to take this personally, but the sad part is it's always been a different employee. This company should just close you guys all suck

Blake was awesome! My battery was a bit more complicated to get out but he took his time and put in all the effort. He was super nice and patient. I would totally go back here but hopefully I don't need to for awhile!

This location has no idea what Customer Service is. There was one person checking out a customer and they were chitchatting about some place in North Carolina that they had in common. Even after the transaction they continue to chat like they were sitting at the Starbucks having coffee. I was Completely ignored. No acknowledgment that I was there. No, “I’ll be right with you”… nothing. At least 10 minutes of their conversation went by and finally another employee came up to another register and appeared to login and when I went to that person, she said “ I can’t help you right now. “. Then the chitchatting employee who finally finished her reminiscing with the other customer, gave him his receipt and he walked off, so I walked up as the next in line and she said “I can’t help you right now.” Almost fainted at the disgusting lack of customer service. A few minutes later, I was finally helped by young man who came up and logged into a third register. If you’re the manager of this location and you’re reading this… Shape the hell up or get out of business.

Elliot (Hope I spelled it right) did an amazing job today. Plus she was very nice. She helped fix an issue, and got me my online order quickly. She is a great manager!! I was so glad they had every part I needed to do brakes.

I couldn't get the online survey to work so I'll just leave a review instead. I had tremendous service by a woman named Jade they helped me find the tool that I was looking for no problem and even gave me suggestions on where I could find the parts that I wasn't able to find at that location they did everything that you could ask for an employee thank you very much Jade!!
