I tried to work with Alliance Relocation Systems to move from Kansas City MO to Washington DC. They provided me a quote for $2,300 dollars based on the furniture we had and 6 boxes. They said they would arrive between March 29th and March 30th. It turns out they show up on March 30th at 8 pm and come up with a different estimate on how much our move costs. Now, the move is going to cost $4,200 due to an incorrect number of boxes (9 boxes, not 6).
