Very dissatisfied with this company and the process, especially with how many ads they have on the radio and the people who support them. Was looking for a refinance to lower current monthly payment. I told the specialist my current interest rate and what my monthly payment is. I asked if they had an idea where current rates are or a range, to which she responded, "we can't know that until after we run credit and submit everything, but we don't worry we should be able to get you a better rate." i also stated I didn't want to have a hard credit inquiry if it wasn't going to be worth it, she insisted that they'd be able to get a better rate and that the hard credit pull wouldn't effect my credit score after 30 days. After being on the phone for another 10-15 minutes giving information, I get a text message 1 hour later saying that they can't give me a better rate and I'm better staying at the current rate I am at. I wish they couldn't save me hours and a hard credit pull by stating my current rate is lower than the current national average. Very unprofessional and not looking out for their perspective new clients best interest.

Karim Lababidi has been our rock during this entire process. I cannot say enough good things about this man. There have been so many small details, hiccups, things that have been out of our control; through it all, Karim has been compassionate, informative, and kind. As first-time home buyers, we had no idea what we were getting into, and we never thought it would go as smooth as it has. I have a feeling that the next time my husband and I decide to move, American Financing will be our first choice. If you've gotten Karim as your consultant, you've won the lottery.

Great Company and extremely helpful.Greg Vogel and Cassie Davis were both amazing to work with. They were able to get me a great rate and close on my first home quickly. I would ? percent recommend them whether it be for buying a home or refinancing a home. They are awesome.

I had a wonderful soul named Emily who helped me throughout my application with American Financing. She was quick to alert me to emails and “spoon fed” me to ensure I “dotted my i’s and crossed my t’s” to maximize my potential of successfully getting the loan for which I applied. She maintained an extremely positive attitude throughout the process and was even reassuring and uplifting when my loan request was denied. She expressed a thorough knowledge of her job. Any employer should be proud to have her on their team!

We appreciated working with Sami Kahale & Kelly Mennenoh from the American Financing Team. They were proactive & responsive on all communications.These types of transactions are large & have many time sensitive tasks that mush be done in a certain order. It was very helpful to work with Sami & Kelly to understand the immediate priorities & the big picture context.

American financing was amazing in all aspects of my refinance from start to finish. Sherrod and especially Brenda in finance was extremely helpful and very efficient. Fast response and made me feel like I was top priority. Overall she made the process easy and painless.
