I purchased a washer and dryer, opting for the extended service warranty for an additional $440, expecting it to provide convenient repair services. However, shortly after I started using the appliances, I encountered issues: the washer began leaking and the dryer failed to heat properly. When I reached out to the service line for assistance, I was disappointed to learn that the earliest available appointment for a technician was at the end of February, which was a month away. This experience has led me to conclude that the warranty is not worth the extra cost, particularly due to the lengthy wait times for service. Consequently, I strongly advise against purchasing their service plan, especially if you require prompt repairs for your appliances.

At this point minor irritation has turned into a massive waste of time and ultimately money. I ordered new appliances to be installed. First, the sales person ordered the incorrect refrigerator despite the fact that I had pointed at the specific model on their sales floor that I wanted. While all of the installers who showed up were professional enough, one delivery was an hour outside the window and another was 30 minutes. Given that I had my day scheduled around the window it was stressful dealing with them when I wasn't prepared. I also had a surprised $270 added charge from the installers for the dishwasher to change it from a hard wire to an outlet install which both wasn't something I was warned was a potential added charge, I haven't found anything supporting the installers claim that it is required by code. Finally they installed the refrigerator with all the foam, tape, and plastic still on everything, it's taken multiple days of wrestling to take the refrigerator shelves back out due to the tape and foam and the bottom shelf has an ice maker attached to it and so far I have been unable to figure out how to remove it with the water line attached nor have I figured out how to disconnect the line. At this point I've wasted money on installation and because of this, I still have nothing in the refrigerator. So far the extent of response I've gotten is an "our bad" and allegedly an $80 refund that I haven't yet see reach my card. At this point I'm expecting that I won't receive the rebate that they advertised as part of the sale either.I've used Appliance Factory in the past and it's been good but given just how much has gone wrong here I'd still assert this isn't a fluke. I strongly recommend going anywhere else. Most businesses do price matching these days so service is what matters and Appliance Factory has failed.

On 10/6/2023 I purchased a refrigerator, stove, and microwave. The delivery for the refrigerator and stove were for 10/11/2023. The sales went well and the sales people were nice and helped with everything we needed. Unfortunately, the delivery portion of the transaction turned into a nightmare. Two delivery men showed up and they were supposed to remove the old refrigerator (which I told the sales people was wedged into a tight area and thought they would relay that to the delivery/removal people, but that did not happen). The two young men just stared at the refrigerator and one called their supervisor, who advised them not to remove it. So I ended up having to call someone else to come over the next day and remove it, install the new refrigerator (that was sitting by the front door by the way), and he pulled it out smoothly with no problem and carried it out with the help of his assistant within 10 minutes. I was totally given the run around by the delivery people at first because I was told I would receive a call within two hours on Friday for some other movers to come out and remove the refrigerator, and I've still received no call, but of course I called Appliance Factory and advised them of the situation. They seemed upset and said they would get on it and get some people out, but that never happened either. Now let's get to the stove...when the same delivery men installed the stove, they checked that the burners all worked, but one of the knobs was very loose and they could not turn off the burner. They obviously did not care because they left and I had to call that in also. I was told by Appliance Factory that it was a hazard (duh) and they would have someone call me and get out there by the next day (haven't received a call or visit yet). I called the manufacturer and they stated that they could not come out for a week, and also that they would have to charge me $90 some odd dollars if THEY decided it was MY fault or the installers, Seriously!!! Never did anyone say, "Okay, we sold you a defective product and we will bring out a new one." The damn burner is still on because the knob won't work, but they told me to just unplug it or turn the power off to that part of my kitchen. What is the point of buying appliances that you can't use??? I am still waiting for the microwave and whatever drama comes with that, but I will never use Appliance Factory again. It's an old saying, but very true, "You get what you pay for."

From the moment we walked into the store we felt kike family. Matt greeted us, Kyler did an amazing job with being patient and answering our questions. His knowledge was superb. We never felt pressured.Then Kyler checked back in with us as the day came near for the delivery. The night before we received an automated call, a call from the driver, a text, and an email all letting us know our delivery time. The delivery associates showed up right on time, and even called us 15 min before. While in the house they were professional and took their time to ensure our mattess and bed were set up correctly, and that everything was cleaned up!What an amazing experience.

Kyler was AMAZING!! Best customer service I've seen in a long time. This man LOVES his job. He deserves a raise or at the very least, company-wide recognition! He's my Go-to for appliances now!We got this beautiful French door refrigerator for half price just because of the small dent on the freezer handle! Brand new, never used!! I'm so happy with my kitchen again!
