Stay away. These guys are over priced and arrogant. Having moved several times they know that you’ll never use them again, so they don’t care how they treat you. Read all the one stars and make your choice wisely.

Hard Pass, Avoid Lori, Arrogant is an understatement. Never looked or touched my inventory, based off images and video she grossly over estimated weight. Refused to honor a repeat customer discount that United Van Lines said is offered. Then insinuated and insulted me by saying she doesn't know who I was talking to in Denver. I talked directly to United which is how you got my information to follow up. She says she doesn't mean to sound arrogant, well guess what sweetie, when you say that, you know you are. Stay away. Look at all the recent 1 star reviews in the last 12 months. I wouldn't use a company with less than 4 stars. Until my review they were 4 stars. I never checked because my last 2 moves with United/Mayflower and affiliates were 5 star stellar experiences. Stay away from Armstrong Moving Company. 10,500 for 7600 lbs and thats definitely way over weight. She wouldn't budge and here we are. I was recently diagnosed with a very rare cancer and was hoping for a stress-free transition. Now I am having to start over completely. Thanks Lori.

Jacob and his crew (Riley, Yolberth, and Brian) were on time, efficient, and professional. Definitely the best experience I have had with a moving company. I would highly recommend Armstrong!

My move was passed to Armstrong from a local Denver affiliate. Then they passed me on to United. It was a mess. Packers were sloppy at best, damaged many pieces of art, frames scratched, chipped and glass broken. Objects missing. Two sculptures damaged beyond repair. Someone's ID card was packed into one of my boxes. And now my damage claim is not being handled in timely manner. It still is unresolved from move in September. Do not use this company for cross country move. Don't trust what they tell you about taking care of your things. A nightmare.
When the president of the company responded to my review I thought, maybe, just maybe this would get resolved. NO he gave me a general number and I got a voice message! It went from bad to worse. I still do not know how to get my claim resolved. Move was in September! Feels like customer service is just a marketing ploy!

Amazing service. Armstrongs Company handled my relocation from Austin to Boulder, and it was a flawless process. I hate moving! Who doesn't? But my rep Kseniia Pavlukhina made this as easy as it could be. She communicated with me constantly, responded to my questions (I had a lot) minutes after I asked them, and ensured everything ran on schedule, and was flexible to times where I wouldn't be in town to receive the move.
Thanks for the support. My move got here w/o any issues, or any damaged pieces.
Thanks Kseniia and team. I appreciate you.

Larts Cross was super amazing!Their truck was having issues but they were more then willing to get my stuff to me ahead of making sure the truck was fixed! They were very active with communication as well, always keeping me updated with a time of delivery and what's going on!Took them 3 days to go across country with my belongings, which is even better!

If I could leave less than one star, I would. If I could stand on a street corner, warning people not to use Armstrong Relocation and United Van Lines, I would make it my full time job. We used United Van Lines (they partnered locally with Armstrong Relocation) for our cross country, 18-hour move. To set up the estimate, answer questions prior to the move, etc. they were incredibly responsive and helpful. We hired them for a full service move--packing, loading, transporting. They give you an estimate on your unloading period, which for us was August 1-August 8. The plan was for them to pack and load our items and hit the road.12 HOURS before they were due at our home to pack our items, and 18 minutes before their closing, I received an EMAIL that they did not have a driver available and our items would now be going to sit in one of their warehouses and would not even leave the state until August 3 at the earliest. After back and forth with the worst customer service I have ever received from Lori, we were told there were no options. During the interim period, we received no updates on the status of our items and the app was never updated. In the end, they delivered our items in the 11th hour simply to avoid us having recourse under breach of contract. They had no unloading team--only one driver, with his son and wife, unload our items, not a professional team. The driver could not "make the turn" at drop off, and so they had to rent a smaller UHaul truck, unload all of our items onto it and make two trips. They started so late that they stayed until after 8:00 pm, the next day was the first day in a new school after an 18 hour move for both of my children. They broke and lost multiple items--and they broke a light fixture, and put holes in the walls in our new home, that I am still waiting on claims responses after nearly 8 weeks. This entire process has been a nightmare and a waste of well over $10,000.

Military moves can be extremely stressful but Ray, Chris, and their team made everything so easy. They were timely and efficient and took very good care of our belongings. Everyone was professional and thorough when going over the details of our move and getting everything in its right place. Thank you so much for making this transition easier for our family.

Great experience for my move. Armstrong was responsive, provided great support and great value. I interviewed five moving companies for my move and they were far away the best experience. I could not be happier that I chose them. I would select them again and in fact will be using them for a relatives move in the next few months.
