Larts Cross was super amazing!Their truck was having issues but they were more then willing to get my stuff to me ahead of making sure the truck was fixed!They were very active with communication as well, always keeping me updated with a time of delivery and what's going on!Took them 3 days to go across country with my belongings, which is even better!

If I could leave less than one star, I would. If I could stand on a street corner, warning people not to use Armstrong Relocation and United Van Lines, I would make it my full time job. We used United Van Lines (they partnered locally with Armstrong Relocation) for our cross country, 18-hour move. To set up the estimate, answer questions prior to the move, etc. they were incredibly responsive and helpful. We hired them for a full service move--packing, loading, transporting. They give you an estimate on your unloading period, which for us was August 1-August 8. The plan was for them to pack and load our items and hit the road.12 HOURS before they were due at our home to pack our items, and 18 minutes before their closing, I received an EMAIL that they did not have a driver available and our items would now be going to sit in one of their warehouses and would not even leave the state until August 3 at the earliest. After back and forth with the worst customer service I have ever received from Lori, we were told there were no options. During the interim period, we received no updates on the status of our items and the app was never updated. In the end, they delivered our items in the 11th hour simply to avoid us having recourse under breach of contract. They had no unloading team--only one driver, with his son and wife, unload our items, not a professional team. The driver could not "make the turn" at drop off, and so they had to rent a smaller UHaul truck, unload all of our items onto it and make two trips. They started so late that they stayed until after 8:00 pm, the next day was the first day in a new school after an 18 hour move for both of my children. They broke and lost multiple items--and they broke a light fixture, and put holes in the walls in our new home, that I am still waiting on claims responses after nearly 8 weeks.This entire process has been a nightmare and a waste of well over $10,000.

Military moves can be extremely stressful but Ray, Chris, and their team made everything so easy. They were timely and efficient and took very good care of our belongings. Everyone was professional and thorough when going over the details of our move and getting everything in its right place. Thank you so much for making this transition easier for our family.

Great experience for my move. Armstrong was responsive, provided great support and great value. I interviewed five moving companies for my move and they were far away the best experience. I could not be happier that I chose them. I would select them again and in fact will be using them for a relatives move in the next few months.

This moving company destroyed my yard when moving my neighbor into their house and now refuses to reimburse me for the damage they caused. They claim the amount was approved but here I am 4 months later and still no check.

Armstrong handled the packing and removal of our goods for their transfer to Europe. Crew leader Michelle was absolutely incredible!! She was so smart, strong and amazingly fast! She managed to fit all of our goods into one container, for which we were very appreciative. We were super impressed with the speed, efficiency, and professionalism she and her assistant provided us during this process, and we hope that she gets the appreciation she deserves, as she is incredibly good at her job. Our items arrived in perfect condition thanks to their wonderful work. Many thanks to Armstrong and especially Michelle!

Beyond expectations....wayyy beyond.Moving is never easy..or at least I thought so until Armstrong/United. Professional, friendly, helpful, service above and beyond. Constant communication as to the disposition of my things, delivered on time, and best of all handled with care. Things were wrapped securely and placed never tossed or dropped.. Details: My move occurred over Thanksgiving - my coordinator Larissa - gave me her number "just in case", Gil my driver, also gave me his. Before the move both asked questions about any items that were special (not just high value), - these questions were sincere and - both Gil and Larissa followed up before and after delivery to make sure everything was okay - they both asked specifically about my special items. Delivery was on time and everything arrived safely. Special mention needs to be made - Jennifer at AmazingMoves, Lori at United, Larissa at United and Gil.

Avoid! Disastrous pack and move coordinated by United. Lots of items missing and damaged, incorrect inventory and numbering - extremely poor load. Receiving end told me they had never seen such a poor pack and load. Damage to 50+ items, from serving dishes to collectibles, electronics to furniture. Awful.

Very satisfied with the service that Armstrong provided. Everyone involved in my cross country move was helpful, courteous and easy to work with. They took good care of me and made the process smooth. Grateful for my coordinator and the movers who loaded and unloaded all my stuff. Would use these folks again!
