The shift supervisor was very inattentive. The boy who served me was very pleasant, attentive and professional. But the girl was very inattentive. After I waited a long time for them to serve me, then she wanted me to wait longer because she started serving other people. She should improve her customer service because it is terrible. And when treating her colleagues, she has very bad treatment. It is really very unpleasant to come to this store with this girl. Today is January 29, 2024 at 11:08 in the morning. I don't know the girl's name but she has very long hair.

I've been coming to this location for over a year and every time I pay my bill or have an issue with my phone, I have been greeted with kindness and a willingness to help. Until today!! I was asked how they could help and when I said, I need to pay my bill, the gal had zero kindness and I got the impression I was interrupting "her" day.When I explained I need to have my payment processed manually, she ignore me until I said it again. Then she went to the computer to process my payment. Again, zero kindness, compassion, or willingness to help.If this was the manager - she doesn't deserve her position and definitely needs more training in customer service.

Not a single customer in the store, and 3 sales associates played "not-it" to help me. I walked across the street and bought my new phone at T-Mobile instead

I’ve now been in three times trying to dispute a bill for service that I’ve never used. I wasn’t not approved for service but yet they keep trying to bill me for service very fraudulent. Do not do business with AT&T this company is out ruin your credit. Crooks and thieves are what you dealing with. Horrible place! I have saved every fraudulent bill and I will now be contacting my legal team.

I wanna share my experience with Stephanie. She was very professional, I enjoyed the way she greeted me &answered all of my questions and problems that I had with my phone. Went above and beyond to make sure I left the store satisfied. Stephanie should have a raise and vacation time.

Just awful. Terrible customer service over the phone, can’t imagine what people deal with in person. Basically was forced to have my phone shipped to me when I wanted to pick it up in store, having the employee who helped me use cuss words while helping me as well. And when trying to get a hold of anyone for any kind of help (yes, i was frustrated and annoyed) I have been hung up on, told “too bad” and completely ignored. Store is a joke. So are the employees. Do better!

I went in to get an upgrade on my phone and had the pleasure to have Stephanie help me! She was very attended to my questions and got me out of there quickly I appreciate her for helping me get all my things from my old phone to my new one :) recommend her if you ever stop by that location!

I wanted to highlight my experience with Brianna yesterday (11/1/23). She was absolutely awesome. So kind, attentive and did amazing juggling helping me and trying to pay attention to folks who came in after me. The person scheduled with her just sat on her phone claiming she was just getting back into working at AT&T. Kind of odd and not okay to leave your 1 good employee to handle 4 parties of customers alone with no manager in the building. Not a great look for the company. I also want to mention my experience with Marcus the day prior. He was friendly enough at first but seemed to act as if I was annoying him by coming in store and asking questions to fully understand what I was trying to sign up for. I can absolutely understand feeling frustrated with your job and not wanting to be there but it’s not fair to treat your customers as an inconvenience when they’re only there to bring business. I hope he has a better day.

The employee at this store are the worst . First of all they don’t acknowledge the customers . Secondly there’s no one who knows how customer service works . Third I was waiting for 30 minutes on 10/19/2023 from 6:35 to 7;10 pm and from 2 employee who were there, didn’t bother to ask me what’s reason I as there and when my time came after waiting they didn’t ask to open my account or ask me if I am at customer or not . I ask the employee if they have iPhone 15 plus in pink color . His answer was no one at any store have it and I told him that I wasted my time for getting that answer it’s so wrong . He waived fro. Hand to me to go out which was so rude and I became agitated and told him to be polite and at that point the other employee yelled at me to get out which was so strange to me . I want to urge the ATT to look into this behavior and also to train their employee how to serve the customers . It was just rude and unprofessional to treat customer the way I was treated .

Had an appointment at 2PM. Not for me, I was coming along. The party I was with spoke Spanish. They told them to wait an hour for someone else to come. The appointment was made on the 27th. Told us to go to another store. Cool. Look up the definition to appointment. That’s the whole point of them.
