Adriana, the store manager, refused to honor the warranty for my screen protector. I provided my receipt and showed the purchase history on my app, yet she still would not allow the customer service representative to replace the screen. The only reason I purchased a second screen protector online was because, during a previous visit, she refused to replace it unless it was linked to my account. When I returned with the new one properly linked, she still refused to help.
To verify the details, I called the account holder and told them that Adriana and the store were liars because she falsely claimed she had never seen my receipt. While I was speaking on the phone—not yelling, threatening, or being disruptive—she kicked me out of the store. There were no other customers in the building at the time.
This experience cost me $110 unnecessarily. I strongly recommend avoiding this location and shopping at the Havana store on Garden, where they honored the warranty without issue. Adriana should be retrained in customer service or removed from her position, as she is not upholding company policies fairly.

Very disappointed, I came to the store looking for help to get my phone to connect to service and the rep sunny insisted on selling me a new phone rather than helping me fix my current one that I just got in July. It was having issues connecting to service. He was very condescending and rude which wasn’t helpful I was able to resolve the issue on my own with a simple update and reboot. Prob won’t go back to that store when I do decide to update my phone.

I bought a new iphone 16 last night at this location and had issues with my icloud backup. One of the assistant managers--I wish I could remember her name!--gave me impeccable service the whole time I was there, which was a few hours. She was 100% committed to problem-solving my issue and was ready to go to any lengths to do so, all while being kind, friendly, and extremely attentive (and an amazing multitasker--whoa!) I would love to give her a shout-out if I could remember her name, I hope she gets the recognition she deserves for the work she does. Thank you so much!!!!!!

I came into the store to ask about my receipt for a transaction that was done at an AT&T authorized dealer. Alejandro greeted me at the door with a huge smile and asked how could he help. I explained my concern, with my receipt in hand, and he immediately looked into what could have happened. He asked his manager on duty for a little more insight, while I listened 🎶 to great music. A few minutes later my question/conceren was solved and once again, I'm leaving as a VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER! Thanks again for such great service!

12/24/24- Don't go to this location my experiences with them destroyed my holiday. They do not care about customer service and lie to you. A little while ago One of the employees sold me the AIR wifi, told me there was a 2 week trial period and that since I had phone service with them I would get it at a discounted rate. The day I set it up I found out on the phone that I would not get the discounted rate for at least three months since that is how long it takes to set up autopay with them. I told them to shut down the service and returned the equipment the same day. The I started getting bills. I went into this location and they told me I had to call in since they have no access to the internet stuff even though they sell it. Why is this location selling products to customers that they have no way of helping with? This is a horrible business practice. When I called the lady on the phone was rude and refused to help me. I went back into the store and talked to the guy that had sold it to me. He said to give the account time to clear and if it still gave me issues for me to come back in and he would work with his manager to try and fix this. The today on Christmas Eve I get a threatening text message that if I did not pay the bill, for what was within the trial period, that I would be charged late fees. I went in like the guy told me to and was treated horribly. The manager came over and said that she had told me that she could not help me. I asked her if she would just stay with me while I called customer service so that she could verify with them that I was supposed to get the trial period. Instead of staying with me she went to be on some call meeting which treated me as subhuman and showed that she did not care about her customers or what happens to them as long as she makes her sells goals. One of the other employees at least stayed with me. He should be the manager and she should be fired. Also a location should be barred from selling products that they can not help the customers with. I was treated as less then human and AT&T thinks this is ok since this is how their employees treat people.

Alejandro was prompt in greeting me. Knowledgeable of specials, conscientious of my needs and got me on my way quickly with a new phone. He is a treasure on your team. When I told my daughter that lives out of state of my experience, she agreed this was the best store.
