Very helpful. Asked about after market installation and after some initial reluctance, was very straight forward and developed a plan to get the work done.
Follow-up... Honda put out an inevitable recall. Was able just to drop off the bike for the maintenance and they fit it in. Made off-hand comment about the after-market lights giving me problems (not due to the installation but from the manufacturer) and staff took a look and fixed the problem.
Their service from purchase when they located the last model of the bike in the country to get it to me to the maintenance since had been exceptional.

Thank you for contacting me and asking me about my blank 1 star review before commenting and assuming why I had left it. For clarification I didn't in fact leave you a 1 star review because you don't ever take Can-Ams I am leaving this review because of your customer service, when I was given the time of day by your staff I told them I was looking for a specific motorcycle that you had and I was told at that time that they weren't taking ANY trades whatsoever then was told they needed to talk to the sales manager, after a few minutes they finally told me again that they aren't taking ANY trades whatsoever but that I could by the motorcycle outright. As I was leaving the sales manager finally decided to grace me with his presence and waste more of my time by again telling me they weren't taking ANY trades then proceeded to tell me to not only go to another dealership but another motorcycle company.

A shout out to Aurora Honda for their excellent customer service. I was searching for a Honda Rebel 1100 in our area, but couldn't find one. Aurora Honda is 350 miles from my home. I was nervous buying from a dealership so far away, but the whole process could not have gone smoother. We purchased the bike and some additional accessories: (crash bars, windshield, & two new helmets. (Aurora Honda's price was almost $700 less than the price Honda dealer in my area quoted me for the same bike that had heavy shipping damage.)
I knew I wanted crash bars and a windshield, but I wasn't sure exactly which ones. Giselle sent pictures and prices of various options for both. The dealership even applied to became a dealer for the brand of windshield I eventually chose.
Due to various scheduling conflicts, we couldn't pick up the bike for a few weeks. They held the bike with a small downpayment and installed the parts before we picked it up. Giselle, John, and Adam went out of their way to keep me informed every step of the way. I can't thank them enough for all their assistance. Despite their distance from us, we will be contacting them for additional acessories for both our bikes in the near future.

Fantastic experience with Giselle and Adam. Great price on a used dual sport and they worked with me on my geriatric Suzuki trade-in.
Everything was ready for me when I came down from Breckenridge to pick it up, temp tag on the bike, sales paperwork - everything was accounted for. Literally the easiest transaction ever.

10/10 experience with these guys. Adam was a phenomenal salesman and did not put any pressure. He was very helpful and went out of his way to make the deal happen in the shortest amount possible. Pickup was smooth as butter and the staff was awesome. Not to mention, they had the best price on my CRF300L ABS by almost $1,000 in a 100 mile radius. Absolutely nothing bad to say about these guys!

We got our Africa Twins from this dealer (most dealers have a huge wait list for these bikes, non dct). They were great at point of sale and in terms of getting and installing additional equipment. Great folks all around, great customer service, overall experience was excellent. Highly recommend them for all your motorcycle needs!

I bought my bike from World Honda. I didn’t feel comfortable as much as this place. They’re very straight and clear about some things I noticed about my bike. John been honest and genuinely explained some concerns I had about my bike. He didn’t try to sell me anything that the bike didn’t need. He in fact printed me a warranty I had that I forgot about that was transferred from the previous owner. And I met Mike today, he got good sense of humor and thanked me for being honest about the impression they gave lol. Their prices are fair compared to other dealers. I’m definitely going here for service!

I highly recommend Aurora Honda! This was hands-down, the most enjoyable vehicle buying experience I have ever had!
The guys there were all super friendly and very knowledgeable, there was no pressure at all to buy, and I was given all the time I needed to make my decision.
And on top of all that they gave me a smoking hot deal!
Thanks guys, I am absolutely in love with this bike and Pretzel loves her side car.
