Tim seems to be very paranoid, tried to call and tell him I was coming to my Rv, he told me he was to busy. Went the next day, he gave me a key then took it back and told me I need to call first. Very rude man. He doesn't even know how to treat his customers. He should be ashamed of his self. Needs lesson on some PR.

Does not answer phone at all!Have phone number posted at yard and don't even answer.What's the point of having the # posted if you can't answer?
