I've purchased 3 vehicles from them. They've been fair, and the cars have run well.

Extremely friendly and helpful. I showed up out of the blue with sheered-off license plate screws that I couldn’t get out and they stopped what they were doing and helped me out immediately. And a great price. And I didn’t even have a Subaru!

Well they post good deals, but those unfortunately are not true, it just for you to come over and they try to sell you something else.

My car would not start and everyone thought it was the fuel pump but replacing the pump did not fix the issue. The mechanic at Auto Associates spent a fair amount of time diagnosing and finding and fixing the issue. They are great. This is not the first time I have used them and they are always helpful and have always done quality work. I recommend them to everyone I meet. Unlike other places I've been to where I always felt that I was being over charge. Auto Associates have never over charged me. In fact they go out of their way to help get better pricing on parts and I know exactly how much the parts cost. It's a great place with a great team of people. As I stated before, I recommend them to everyone who needs a referral for a good shop with good mechanics.

Bought a couple cars from Brian and Gary. All have run well and I will go back when I need another car.

Nothing but great words to say about both Gary and his mechanic Brian. They were wonderful to work with, polite, kind, very understanding and worked hard to find my daughter a car that both fit her needs and budget. Gary even went out of his way to bring me some paperwork that I needed. The shop may not be fancy, but I highly recommend them if looking for a Subaru!!

Meh. Bought a car, was excited, worked for about 6k miles and then I noticed the tires were balding. No big deal. I went to get new tires and was informed that the alignment was way off, that it needed a CV boot and tie rods. Also - the passenger headlight went out two days after I got it (had a loose wire that I kept fiddling with to get the light to work for about a week before the connection went out). Then the catalytic convert kept tripping the 'Check Engine' light. So...a $5800 car I bought and was told 'she's good to roll, you should have any issues' ended up costing me about 1600 within 3 months of purchasing. I like Subarus, but you can buy one off craigslist for $3500 (at least my model) and then you still have money to spare and hey, the difference between their pricing is extra change for random fix ups. I wouldn't buy from them again.
