I bought my car headlight bulb around 4 month ago they gave me warranty for 6 month.
Today I been there because bulb fuse burn the guy was so rude and didn’t want to replace. He said it’s only one month warranty when he realized 6 month warranty then he change his excuse and said when bulb fuse burn we didn’t replace.

Exceptional customer service from the store manager(forgot his name)! I came in a got new windshield wipers and came out to my car and I had no idea to install them! He came out of the store and asked if I needed help! Even one was bent and he went and got a new one! Done in seconds and I would definitely taken an hour!! Thank you so much!!

Called the store and girl placed me on hold saying she will be right back, 1 hour down the road I’m still on hold and nobody gotten back to me, is that the way you treat your customers? The worst part is when I called from a different phone number and told another person that I was on hold for over an hour that other person said they don’t have anyone on hold and pretended like he doesn’t hear me after that… just the great way to run your business

Excellent customer service. I came in this afternoon to get some paint to fill in some scratches on my car. The manager or employee Andrew recommended a different product which actually worked perfect. I rubbed the material off of my bumper I did not have to apply any paint which could have caused damage to my existing bumper. Manager Andrew was very knowledgeable and very helpful. I was in and out very quickly and solved the problem. Very grateful for his help!
