One of the employees was rude to my mom when she asked a simple innocent question. My mom was trying to return two items we have bought and he was furious and had an attitude. The other employees were nice and understanding but he did not demonstrate professionalism. On top of that he misunderstood trying to avoid the situation and it took about a month for my refund. I even had to talk to my bank. What a disaster. (Hispanic boy with curly hair and glasses)

Little boy with glasses and curly hair was very rude and not informative. I asked a few questions to figure out my purchase. He proceeded to roll his eyes and talk to another coworker in Spanish. I know one of them.
Will not be coming here again. Has never happened in this store before.

Jonathan (Manager) was truly a professional in a time of urgent need. Having had my battery die without warning, his excellent communication and follow through in battery testing, replacement process (under the warranty), as well as battery install and system check made up for a very long morning. Thank you for the excellent and knowledgeable service!

I was just now in line to purchase.. 1/17, 5:45p. I was trying to find out if they could do a system check before the freeze since I didn't know why the light was on. (I'm borrowing a friends car) He said they couldn't do it. The person right behind me asked him to do a system check and he went outside!! I could be this kids mom and he still didn't do it. This is the 2nd time this center doesn't help me. Which is why I'm doing a review. I feel upset and insulted.

I use to love to go to this place but after My visit Today I was very dissapointed, Nicole V "the expert" that was helping me was so ironic and sarcastic to a point I didn't feel comfortable asking a questions, I think You should be more careful when hiring or maybe a simple remainder that she works in the customer Services industry Will be helpful for her

Mediocre customer service, line out the door and staff had no sense or urgency getting customers taken care of. Employees talking in Spanish about non work-related things. Customers not acknowledged upon entering store. Jonathan on shift.

I know I'm not the only person in the world, and you get busy working on the store needs and daily duties, but acknowledging a customer is a dying professional matter. Teach and expect your staff to do this.
The funny part is I'm 6'5" and 390, you can't miss me. Three employees walked into view and not one hello, and/or we'll be right with you.
Store was clean both days I went in and the lady on the second visit was very nice once I was helped. Kudos to her!!

I’m not going back inside that place ever again. This is the third time the kid at the counter has been disrespectful. I don’t know if the manager cares if they wear earphones and act like they can’t hear me but it’s enough to make me never go back.
