I walked into the store on January 8, 2025. The young gentleman at the desk greeted me in a friendly tone. I told him that I had a code come up on my car and asked him if he could read it? He didn't hesitate to do so. When we got out to my car he noticed that my driver's side headlight was out. It has been out for a fairly good chunk of time. He asked me if I needed a bulb. And I told him that I didn't know how to put it in. He said it was easy and he sold me a bulb after he read my code on my check engine light (gas cap) and then he popped it in there lickety split. I found out his name is Brandon G. His manager was there, and I told him what a great employee he has. I appreciate it so much..

AutoZone doesn’t sell the bulb that I need for the vehicle that I’m driving. however, that did not stop Dani from going out of her way to look up what bulb was an exact fit to my vehicle. Then she even found other auto part stores that do carry that bulb, she even went and found them on amazon. with the info dani provided me with i was able to call my boss and give her that info and hopefully this will eventually make my work environment a little safer.

Horrendous customer service from the front desk. Girl name starts with J rhymes with yessica. Just rude and incompetent.

Absolutely horrible costumer service from the front desk "girl" and the manager who just stood by and let the employee speak rudely to a customer! Take your business elsewhere.

Had my battery. He k.and it was no good. She checked out my other battery also with a smile. Had to replace the battery and out I went. That wui k. No fighting me. Just replaced it. Thank you

Stopped in this morning to price an oil change. Really needed to pee, I asked the manager if I could use the restroom right quick. He told me that "they don't have a public restroom". I see no signs on the doors or anything stating that. Will not be returning to this one.
