Joe really went above and beyond to help me. My family and I flew into Denver and the airport AVIS was a huge cluster with a 3 hour wait time. I called Joe and he got us all setup with the exact car we needed. Thank you Joe!

I am an Avis Preferred Customer who recently flew into Denver. When I went to pick up my reserved car at the airport there was a complete meltdown of their system, and a huge number of customers were not getting the cars they reserved. After 3 hours of trying to navigate the process and pushing hard to get a vehicle I was provided one that did not have room for our full family, plus ski gear, it was crammed in so much I could see out one window and the kids could not buckle in, not did it have AWD for the mountains.Fast forward to the next day, I did not feel safe to take my family up to the mountains. It was suggested by the corporate line we go to this Aurora location.Cody who was working that day was excellent at helping understand the situation and working to find a resolution even though they had limited inventory and a full reservation list. He made calls and ultimately got us into a much more appropriate vehicle for our trip. What started as a really rough start to family vacation was course corrected by Cody and his colleague (whose name I did not catch). Thank you both for your help in a messy situation.

I'm an Avis preferred customer. I've not had a bad situation since I started renting from Avis. On this trip, someone broke out two windows on the rental vehicle during g the night. I called first thing for help, and I needed another car to get to a meeting. The guy at this place had me in another car in no time. I definitely recommend renting from this location if you didn't get a car at the airport.

Nasty car. Mildew and poured water all in the back on our luggage. We called and got no help. We had to find a replacement close to us calling each avis. Apparently roadside assistance can’t call out to help. The one we found a vehicle at they specifically said didn’t have one. An entire day wasted on finding and trading cars and washing all our clothing soaked so it wouldn’t also end up mildewed like the vehicle. We thought our “colds” we travel but once we were out of Mildew we were all miraculously healed.No Tks. Try a different company.

Great service and the rental was perfect.The store location is kind of hidden off in the corner. My wife used apple maps which had us driving in circles and I ended up breaking out Google maps which was perfect.

don't rent a car from here. do you yourself a favor and go directly to the airport. was almost given a car that was dirty and disgusting. I told the owner ididnt know they gave customers dirty cars and he looked at me surprised. it's like come on man if your going to charge us over 300 dollars for a rental car it should be spotless and not smelling like armpit. like i said even thought this place is closer. the airport has way cleaner cars and a wider selection. what a joke

Company is a joke. Horrible customer service, they never have rentals available, they lie about repair prices to scam you out of more money. Oh and 2 months into my rental my tire just blew up on the highway for no reason. I looked in the trunk and guess what? They didn’t even leave a spare! Then the car was towed by them and they still tried charging me even though I didn’t have a car. They weren’t even aware of the situation lol. I tried for 2 weeks after to get a replacement but they never had one in any of their locations. They then decided to charge my credit card for $790 with no mechanical receipt or anything like that explaining the charges. It was a flat tire and a crack in a windshield. $790 for that? Okkkkkkkkk. Don’t rent from them!

Do not rent from these people. They charged me for damage to a car that was already there. I talked to the employees when I picked up the car and when I returned it and they said not to worry about it and that “yes, the damage was already there.” When I returned the car, they said it was fine and returned my deposit, but then a month later they hit my card for $460!!! Stick with Hertz on Havana, never had a problem.

Joe was very helpful. Fast, friendly service. If I ever fly into Denver again needing a rental, I will certainly use this location. Had the exact vehicles we needed. We had to change flights and were more than 4 hours early but that was no problem. Also saved us money where he could for things I had reserved that we did not need. In and out in 15 minutes.15% lower prices than the airport Avis Rental. Uber’d over from the airport for $50, saved nearly $350 on the 2 vehicles we rented, including the Uber fee.Great experience.

They rented me a front drive vehicle in winter in Colorado. The tires were used, with at least 40k mikes in the tires in a 6000 mile vehicle. Florida plates. No way those tires were compliant with Colorado traction laws. I barely made it to my neighborhood before the car wouldn’t go any farther, spinning and sliding.. It had to be towed. That took 8 hours. The still charged me for the day.Unbelievable.

I paid in full for the rental car when I made the reservation and was late in picking it up. The girl at the counter said they gave the car away as we were late. She said it's first come, first served. So why did I pay for it? Why did i make a reservation in the first place?She says they had 18 reservations today. She was not helpful in any way, did not ever apologize or try to find another car at another Avis location. SHE DID NOTHING. Oh and by the way, I have to call customer service to get a refund!!

Better check your rental before signing on the dotted line. I was taking a vacation and requested a explorer or similar. The gave me a chevy suburban.. dirty from the last rental and less than have a tank. When i went back to get it resolved see locked the door and went to the back.. and would not pick up the phone!! Beware of the place...
