I have always been a fan of this store and they are 5 STARS again today. I brought in 6 watch for battery replacements & figured that not all could be replaced. OMGoodness! All 6 are now in working order & my bill was less than $30!

The manager, Tina, was an excellent professional and kind to my technology ineptness. She not only tried to her me, she also spoke to both of my children to help. This whole issue was handled quickly and all this while she also ran the business of her store! You have a wonderful manager… keep her!! We will do more business at Batteries Plus because of her! Thank you

Ordered a spare car key remote for my Ford online and got a call within the hour asking when I wanted to come by for programming. The service was quick, and communication was great throughout the process. I highly recommend going here if you need a spare key!

The battery was fine, no issues. It's a long drive home from here, so I asked to use the bathroom and was refused. This is a small ask, just let customers take a leak before they hit the road for an hour.

Went to purchase batteries for household use so I figured Batteries Plus would have exactly what I needed. The salesperson TVICKERY was extremely helpful knowledgeable and helped me with other battery needs! Great to see that great customer service is still here!!!

Won't solder leads on battery. Battery non-stock 2-3 week delivery. High price quoted compared to battery avaiable ONLINE. Did not purchase.

I came in this morning for a front screen crack hoping for a quick repair before having to go to work. I was greeted literally at the door; the rep was out front cleaning; she stopped what she doing to hold the door open and ask about my morning. Once she inside she quickly reviewed my information in the computer and took a once over of my phone. We talked for a little while and then she sent me on my way. An hour and a half later I returned to my phone ready, clean, and she went above and beyond by fixing a crack in my camera simply because she said she realized how sad I sounded at not realizing that I didn't book my appointment to include it. She literally made my day! I take a ton of pictures and lately they have been kind of blurry because of that camera issue. That fact that she was actually listening to me was amazing. Go here for all your battery and phone repair needs

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this business. I was charged $20 to have my key fob battery replaced, but it became clear they didn’t actually replace it. The key fob was in a case that required unscrewing, and while I offered to handle that part myself, they assured me they could do it.
After leaving, the car didn’t detect the “low battery” key fob because we had both keys present. However, the very next day, when using the key fob with the supposedly replaced battery on its own, the car displayed a “low battery” warning. Upon opening the case, I discovered the battery was clearly old and had not been replaced.
This kind of dishonesty is unacceptable. I will not return to this establishment and will strongly discourage others from doing business with them.
