Alaina and Emily were so helpful. I’ve had some bad experiences with banks but these two and this branch were so great. They listened to my concerns about charges to my account, helped me troubleshoot, and were pleasant all the way around. It’s somewhat rare to have as good of an experience with a financial institution as I did here and I really want to thank them.

These people always only have 1 teller! its takes 30 mintues for one transaction to get done becuase theres one teller and 4 people ahead of me. Do better. And to say bankers cant do teller work goes to show why we chose chase they go above and beyond for their customers. So the banker just sits there while the teller is slammed what a joke

The negative reviews here are inaccurate and unfair. I've been banking at this branch for five years with nothing but great service. I've banked with almost all the huge banks, and BBVA is the best. If I need to go into this branch, I'm served professionally and efficiently. The same applies when using the drive-through. Their online banking is intuitive and simple, including depositing checks using my phone, so I don't know what issues the negative reviewer had with making his loan payments online since it is simple. During COVID-19 the branch was quick to adapt to keep customers and staff safe while maintaining a positive customer experience.The negative review criticizing the branch because they would not cash a check in the drive-through when the reviewer was not a member of the bank is ridiculous. The drive-through has multiple large signs explaining the drive-though is for account holders only and that others need to go into the bank. It isn't the bank's fault that the reviewer did not have an account and had a bad car battery. It's like going to a members-only gym, grocery store, etc. and leaving a negative review because they wouldn't let you in without a membership.

Not friendly at all . Talk to manager for a mistaken transaction , She said , I'm unable to help . Gave me another number , they put me on hold for 2 hours and hung up . Never recommended .

This is the worst bank to ever finance anything through. I financed a vehicle through bbva, refinanced a year later. My new bank never received the title after 2 years and 10 attempts. I finally traded the car in, and since they lost the title I have requested a lien release form 4 times again and they still send it to the wrong address somehow. This is after verifying and reverifying multiple times every single call. They have continuously let me down, and now I am stuck because they can't seem to send a form to a single address I have given them 14 times. Never do business with BBVA, I would rather not own a car than get a lien through them. Unless you want to be stuck forever, listen to me.

I'm giving the employee, Anna, 5 stars! Recently I went to another Compass location to make deposits and a transfer because it was convenient to my other errands. I didn't notice that branch's mistakes until later on in the day. I went into this branch at that time to get everything fixed. Anna understood everything that I was frustrated with and quickly rectified the situation. She didn't act inconvenienced, which I encounter so often these days, but acted genuinely happy to fix it.

terrible! I just went through the drive through to cash a check from a client. I wasnt greeted right away until after I send the check through drive through. then was told that I had to come in to cash it because I didn't have an account. I explained to them that I had to just jump my car and was on my to get a new battery for my car so I couldn't turn my car off. they still didn't care. I had to leave my car running in the parking lot to cash the check so I could go get a new battery for my car. then they have a 10 dollar fee to cash a check if you dont have an account there. which is ridiculous. I cash checks all the time at other banks from various places depending if I can get to my bank or not. in this case I couldn't make it to my bank because it was clear across town and my battery is running low. I will never come here again or use this bank for anything or recommend this bank to any of my clients. if I could give this place a 0 I would.

Compass bank is not open on Saturdays or Sundays. This is so extremely inconvenient. The only banking I do here is to pay my mortgage and I only got that because I had a friend who was a loan officer for Compass.

Anna is the best! She's always cheerful and she really knows her stuff! I come in once a month and she is always busy but is never overwhelmed. She gives everyone individual attention. I wish there were more people like her in the world
