I've had 2 cuts from Zoe and I think she is very skilled. Her experience shines through along with her lovely personality. Her cuts seem to get increasingly better as grows which is my sign for a good cut. Her location is comfortable with plenty of parking. Thanks Zoe!

Lena did my color and since then my hair is so damaged! it's been breaking off, coming out in chunks in the shower. My hair has never been this bad! it's so stringy when it's wet, it's gross! I hate that I had to find someone here and now makes me more nervous to find someone else here to fix this mess! I also asked for a trim which was so uneven. this place is horrible and if you like your hair... I'd stay away!!! I'm probably going to have to chop my hair really short and start over and I have my wedding in Aug

After years of using black box color on my own hair I decided to make the change and get professional hair coloring. Their very knowledgeable stylist (zoe) explained the whole process to me. It does take time to undo years of bad cheap black box color. After a few appointments I have reached my desired caramel color. I love it more than words can say. I will never attempt coloring my own hair again. I will leave it to the professionals! I love their products they smells so good. Using their Aveda products has changed the way my hair feels and looks. The salon is so cute and very clean. If I remember correctly, zoe has over 25+years experience with color. I know the pandemic is over, and I shouldn’t l have such a strong phobia regarding people not washing their hands…but it was gross seeing the woman who I had to allow touch my hair, also touch her face, lips, and “scratch the inside of her nose,” constantly. Yuck! She picked it and wiped it right onto her apron when she glanced over and saw me staring. It was one of those moments that can’t be undone. Literally smelled like she had drank alcohol for breakfast too. My brother is a barber and this woman called herself a barber. She’s not. If you can’t cut a woman’s hair, you sure can’t cut a man’s, it’s much more difficult. I went to an AVEDA salon back in my hometown for years. This place calls themselves an AVEDA salon…Not like any AVEDA salon I have experienced.It was as if the dollar tree decided to call themselves target. Bad experience all around. Don’t call for price estimates either, it’s all lies. Please save the self-made snacks for at home, lady. ??Never coming back.

No one was there who could ring up the hair product I wanted to buy. The door was locked even. A woman answered and said she only rented a chair there and couldn't sell me anything. Stupid. How do you run a business this way? They lost a sale and they lost me as a customer.

I got a haircut here from Lena at the beginning of the month. I didn’t really look at my hair until my family pointed out to me that it was a really uneven cut about a week or two after. I reached out to the salon through the email box on their website and didn’t hear back so I called and left a message asking for the owner to call me back and it’s been awhile now with no response. I ended up going to another salon to get it fixed but I’m really upset that I’m out the money for the original haircut. I’m hoping this review will help me get in contact with the owner so I can hopefully get a refund.Service: Haircut

Let's just say that I've been a little nervous about getting my hair colored ever since my longtime hair stylist moved away. I made an online reservation after reviewing Bella Lina's website and decided to book with Lena. I made sure to call on Monday 2 days prior to my appointment to make sure that we were all set and good to go. I was greatful that Lena answered the phone. I told her who I was and was so impressed with the fact that Lena said can I move you up from 1 pm to 11 am as the computer doesn't realize the time it takes to color and do highlights/lowlights. I gladly accepted and let me tell you, Lena is wondeRaul! She is very knowledgeable about hair and she knew exactly what I was trying to achieve and my hair came out looking stunning! I will definitely be coming back to see Lena again! Top notch the best in town! Thank you again Lena
