Yeah I like Best Buy good quality electronics. Not too long ago we met a young man at the Green Valley Ranch store who was very knowledgeable, courteous and professional great customer service.

I bought my first pre-built PC here and it was great! Customer service was good and they helped me choose one that I wanted. The pre-built came out as expected and still works pretty well with some minor issues here and there. Overall, I would come back if I needed an upgrade in a few years!

Went to buy an insta360. The guy at the counter told me he could save me $70 so I said awesome. After I swiped my card he said something about getting a text with my membership info. I said I didn’t want any sort of membership, and he said don’t worry you can cancel it at any time. I looked at my receipt and the membership cost $50 and it was an annual recurring bill. So in reality he saved me $20 and put me on a recurring bill. I said I’d like to just cancel the membership now and he said he couldn’t do it in store. Gave me a phone number and I sat on hold for 30 minutes. Once I got someone on the phone it took another 15 minutes to get them to cancel the membership I didn’t ask for.
I’m guessing the sales reps at Best Buy get a bonus if they sign someone up. Super sketchy to sign someone up without telling them though.

I can almost always find what I'm looking for at this location over the others. I took off a star because during checkout (there are no checkout registers other than one customer service register), the employee seemed as if I was bothering her. She had an attitude in her tone while speaking to me. Other than that, I will usually drive out of my way to this location over the one that's closer. I might just online order from now on because of the attitude employee.

I used to love coming to this location over others but their checkout team is so rude and unprofessional. I went to return an item and do an order pickup and the young lady that was helping was mumbling on their internal microphone to another coworker and snapped at me when I didn’t say anything because it was hard to tell if she was speaking to me or to a coworker. My return was messed up by her and another employee and my protection plan was canceled. I had to come back into the store to get it fixed and she was very rude. I plan to cancel my total membership and just use Amazon

Had to return a big screen TV (purchased from the Best Buy Outlet). This location (Tower & i70) customer service rep wouldn't allow the return since we didn't purchase the set from this location. (Website says returns can go to any location). When I returned the TV to the store of purchase, the manager told us they should have taken back the device. Frustrating!

It was great I have insurance on my vacuum and I was able to exchange it with no problems that was great I always get my vacuums here I like the fact that you can take it back if it breaks immediately especially after using my vacuums as much as I do monthly thank you Best buy

Bad experience at this store. I asked an employee for assistance, so that radioed for someone to help me. Normally, someone shows up in a minute or two. This time, no one showed up. After 15 minutes, I walked past 2 employees having a nice conversation as I walked out the door.
