The owner is so disrespectful 😔was there to do my daughter hair and she was so rude to my daughter and I , I had never experienced this kind treatment in my life ,she was very rude the time we got there and until we left not professional at all very rude….. if there is no star I will choose!!!

Let me start by saying that I appreciate Ms. Chu Chu. She has a great personality and I really admire her as a business woman. I did read a lot of negative reviews on her shop but my experience was wonderful. So thank you Ms Chu Chu keep doing you 🥰🙏🏾

I went in for the men's haircut for $14.99 campaign she had posted outside! I sat in the chair and she accused me, saying I could leave if I wanted to, that I didn't have to! SHe cut my hair so badly that I don't know how to describe it! It took like 5 minutes in total! SHe didn't wash my hair, she sent me away filthy! When I left, he was looking at me smugly!

If I could give her(CHU-CHU) 0 star, I would. The most unprofessional and arrogant human i have ever met. I arrived on my appointment time and she was doing someone else’s hair, she finished with the person and started doing someone else’s hair.Didn’t take the time to even see what I wanted instead she kept complaining what she needs to do with my hair,Didn’t recognize let alone apologize that i was seating there wasting my time. They don't respect the customers time after explicitly asking them to be on time. When we came we had to wait 30 minutes before leaving because we were told that they would get to us whenever, despite our reservation(made 3 days before). we came for our appointment (4:30) on time then waited more than half an hour to be told that we probably won't be done until after 8. They were rude and disrespectful, I wouldn't reccomend coming here.

As I write this, I am only now being tended to 5 hours past my original appointment time. I arrived at the salon at 12pm exactly surprised to find a room full of people. Despite having arrived before a majority of the people served, I am somehow the last person in the salon. I am beyond humiliated to find that the owner, Chuchu, treated a customer in such an arrogant, condescending, and impolite manner. I have a flight to catch in a couple hours, yet I am still here, being served by her assistant. I have been here before and have experienced similar inconsistencies, but it seems that the owners serves her friends before scheduled appointments. I wouldn’t bother visiting this place. Do yourself a favor and spend your money elsewhere.
