This store I closing. However I came here with my elderly mother and they didn't have any carts inside so my mom asked the so call manager Matt to please
get her as she walks with a cane. He did but
pushed the cart forcibly towards my mom. He is a disgrace to society and big lots. He should really be ashamed of himself and lucky the cart didn't hit my mom.

Went in for a table with a $25.00 limit and very nice guy went through every one on the floor. Then hit the stock room. Sadly no luck, but his service was awesome!

Grocery section was empty and a mess. Actually the whole store was a mess and not organized like it used to be. I still love all the Christmas items in the store.

My visit on 09/23/24 to this big lots was amazing, great value and customer service was on point! the 2 employees that helped me were awesome i lost my receipt that i had their names on so i hope they still get some points but one was male another was female and they both where awesome at directing me where to go to find everything i wanted, the time was around 230 pm on that day.
