These guys steal money from you!I had been using them for 3 years and the services seemed great. Unfortunately I was dead wrong as I found out this year. They shorted me a large sum of money, it took weeks to find out why. Turns out one of their accounts did not collect her fee from my return like she was supposed to. I had no idea as they are the professionals and us as a customer are to assume they are doing things correctly. I then used the 2 more years and not one, BUT 2 YEARS later they secretly take there money out of my refund, no mention of it the year prior, no mention of their intentions, nothing. I then began calling multiple people trying to get this resolved. After calling numerous times to the CS number I got a call from the manager saying he would fix this.... Here we are months later and nothing. H&R does not care, they do not know what they are doing, turn and run or they may screw you over as well.

Lynda, my tax preparer was great. She followed up with me a couple of times when I was trying to get additional tax docs after our initial visit, and always got back to me quickly through the virtual tax filing process.
