Never dreading that moment when we would have to deal with that "time of the year". They have always been a family "go-to-" for many years, and hoping they will still be around for many to come. They don't treat you like a number like some other places does, but like a person. Have little ones and also, still need to go in and file? Don't you worry. Unlike the other major tax services, they do have a small spot for the little ones to play either to kill time or while you are filing.”

“I have been going to Christine for 2 years now to file my taxes and she always does a very thorough job. If there have ever been any issues with IRS needing more documentation she has remedied them right away. She always asks about my daughter and how I'm doing, and seems to genuinely care. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is that communication is sometimes challenging. It's hard to get a callback when I ask for one. But if that one area improves I will absolutely be happy to change my review to 5 stars, as I've been happy with everything else.”
