Amber and Veronica at the Boost store were AMAZING!! They gave us the BEST Customer Service. Thry were very knowledgeable, kind, friendly, and answered every question we had. They went above, and beyond what was expected of them. If only everybody was as awesome as Amber, and Veronica!! LOVE, LOVE, LOVE these two ladies. Go see them, and sign up you won't regret it. 5 stars

Got a Boost mobile sim kit from Target but the online activation process failed with a error message asking me to visit a Boost retail location, I first contacted Boost via online chat support and phone support but both ran into the same issue and instructed me visit a retail location. I came here as instructed but I was refused help/service because I purchased the sim kit from Target and I ended up getting stuck and scammed out of my money with an unusable Boost sim kit. I also went to Target but Target tech manager told me that they are unable to activate sim kit.
