Literally could not be less quality customer service if she tried. Passive aggressive, cursing the entire time, made a point to tell me how irresponsible I was for coming at 10am to pay a bill and just continued to be rude until I left the store with my change that I honestly don't even think she actually counted right. She bragged the entire time about how "I can sat anything I want because it's a franchise." If this is a manager, get a new one. She's awful. This is in reference to the store on e Mississippi in aurora, by the way.

If you advertise being open at 10am, you have to have a staff member show up to open the door.

Excellent customer service. On the day that I originally bought the phone the manager came out to my car to reveal that he had found a promotion that I qualified for which gave me 2 months of free service. After having the phone for a day it began having technical issues, I returned to the store and was exchanged phones with no problems. I recommend this store to anyone looking for good service

The lady/girl was rude. My father takes good care of his phone. She accused him of being to rough with it even though it had no cracks or dents. She also refused to give us her name!!! Why!!! Rude Rude Rude. This happened today 6/16/2021. If I could wait at zero stars I would!!!

I've been with Boost a long time and it's great. The store at Mississippi and Chambers is a cut above! The team member who assisted me really took her time to make it a terrific experience. Choose this location for your Boost needs they are wonderful.....

We went to this store about 10 months ago or so when Virgin Mobile merged with Boost to check on our services and to get my son a new phone. A young lady named Xitlalic (Cece) was very helpful, polite and knowledgeable. She got us the information we were in need of and got us lined up with a new phone for my son. Very very cool she was. We went back up to this store on Saturday March 13 to check on my phone which was having problems or to get me a new phone- I got myself a new A11. At this time also- Xitlalic was extremely cool and took very good care of us. I would like to point out - on this day with a outside phone rep there, 5 other customers waiting and a very very rude, disrespectful and obnoxious lady customer in the store- Xitlalic kept her cool, was professional and did very well by everyone... Thank you

Worst service ever we had boost for 1 year already and we bought an iPhone XR and they have told us that it is "unlocked" for what ever company and every boost we call each tell us a different thing I would not recommend boost to anyone. They hung up on us two times disrespectful people they don't know how to serve people

I don't typically rate places, but I've been feeling insulted by this location. Everytime I come into this location, I find myself turning back around and going to another location. They try to overcharge for phones that are clearly advertising different prices in store, I once saved myself $100 just by going to a different location, when I lost my phone, even when they had told me there was no other way they could help me. The other locations I go to typically are very helpful, and tell me how wrong they are for how they do things. This last visit, again I left to go to another store to upgrade my phone, because it was cheaper for the same phone I asked about at this location. (At least it matched the advertised price, which was the same price advertised at this location.) The girls tone here clearly shows she gets a kick out of seeing people not being able to afford what she's dishing out, but the joke is really on this location, since I could have just been another customer who gives this location my patronage, but I'm always forced to turn away.

Awesome place. Fantastic service from some beautiful. Very efficient staff. I got two phones that I and my wife are very happy with.
